Thanks so much

Hello Friends!! After the great news, I have a heat embossing/watercolor card for you. This card was made especially for a sweet lady who is retiring today, who works until today with my husband, and after a lot of back and forths from her side, she finally decided it's time to enjoy the outdoors with her husband and relax!! Time to have more time with the grand kids too!!

So, I made this card for her, I hope she likes it.

Instructions:
  • Stamp image onto Watercolor paper in Versamark Ink, add gold embossing powder and set to heat.
  • Color image. In this case I used Distress Inks and Inktense Pencils.
  • Color background, again I used Distress Inks here.
  • Die-cut a banner from Watercolor paper, stamp sentiment in Coffee Archival Ink.
  • Add banner to image, mat it with a piece of Red Cardstock and add stitches.
  • Add card panel to card base.
  • Card size: A2.
  • Add gold gala glitz to flower center.
  • TIP: To create the background, I used DryWall Tape, my favorite thing for now ;)

The image and sentiment are from "Precious Poppies" by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.

Hope you like it!!
Have a great day!

ETA: I forgot to mention I got inspired by Dina's beautiful work!! You should visit her blog and enjoy her beautiful creations! Leave her some love too .

Happy 18th Birthday!!

Hello my friends!! Hope you all had a great weekend and Memorial Day celebration to all of here in the US. I spent the last 4 days sick and ended up having a last minute doctor's appointment, but now I am feeling better and it's sunny outside! which makes my day much much better.

Last week I have a special birthday card to make, the request was to include butterflies and green/blue combo. I saw the Moxie Fab World picture and I used it as an inspiration for my card and this is the result!!

This card is a little bit bigger from a regular A2 size, this is 5"x7".

Instructions:

  • Add glittery number. TIP: These numbers were white, but I wanted them to be blue, so I took my light blue Copic Markers and colored it!!
  • Add rhinestones to card.

Card Recipe:
  • Cardstock: White Solar Neenah (CutCardstock)

Super Papá

Hello my friends! Hope you are having a great day! Today I have a couple of Clean and Simple cards for you using a nice set from Latina Crafter called "Super Papá" (super dad). Father's Day is just around the corner, a great time for a cute and fast card for the guys in our life :)

For this first card I made and origami tie and shirt, first time trying this and I really love it, I think the secret for a neat tie is to use a thin patterned paper.

For this second card I used dies from Heartfelt Creations, added some thick jute twine and stamped the sentiment and star direct on the front of card.

Sharing a picture of my favorite horse, his name is Stormy and although is not mine, he loves me, LOL. He lives just across my house and I talk to him every day. This picture was taken by my daughter.

Hope you like them!
Have a fantastic day!!
