Fabulous Day!!!

Hello friends!! Today I have a super easy card for you, honestly this is super easy.
Well, first a confession, I was never a fan of this multi layer stamps because I was always messing them up, plus my eyes, seriously, I can't see those tiny lines until I got this super fun set from Altenew!! (And to be honest, they have amazing more sets too!!)
This set is called Build a Flower: Cattleya. So easy, plus you get a guide with special marks to align your stamps so you get the perfect layer!!!
Believe me, if I can do it you can too!! {wink, wink}

OK, so I started with my Original MISTI stamping with the outline stamp, then added the layers using these colors: Summer Sky (Memento), Ultramarine (Impression Obsession) and Navy (Impression Obsession), then added the greens: Pistachio, New Sprout (Memento) and Avocado (Reverse Confetti)

See how pretty they look!! Love it!

After all the stamping was done, I die-cut the images with coordinated die-cut.

I sprayed a piece of watercolor paper (3.75" x 5") using Gold Topper and Harvest Sunset Shimmering Bliss (Technique Junkies), adhered it to a mustard piece (4.5" x 5"), added thin metallic tape to the watercolor piece, then added the die-cut pieces with foam tape to the panel.
Stamped the sentiment on a black cardstock piece in Versamark Watermark, then added white embossing powder and heat set. Adhered it to panel with foam tape.
Finally added the panel to a 5" x 5.5" white card base.
Added few sequins to embellish.

Here, you can see the shimmer action.

You can get the Shimmering Bliss with a 10% discount using my code: TJ10Giovana

Impression Obsession Challenge: Pop Up Your Words

Hello friends!! It is time for another fun Impression Obsession Challenge!! This time is
"Pop Up Your Words"

To enter the challenge go to the  Impression Obsession blog (all the details are there!). A random challenge card will be selected to showcase on the IO blog AND you can to enter to win a $25 gift certificate to IO just by playing! (IO stamps need to be used)
So, this is the project I created this card, love this sentiment and the pretty background, perfect if you really want to see Fall coming soon.

For this project I used Sketched Palmed Leaves and Take a Moment.
I stamped the Sketched Palmed Leaves first in Banana, then added Melon, then Sienna and finally Mint
I used my MISTI to be able to change the color and get perfect stamping, I didn't press too much ink on the stamp, it was very lightly to get a good color combination, die-cut the panel.
I stamped the Take a Moment sentiment on a piece of Vellum in Black Ink, added a couple of pieces of foam behind the leave die-cut piece to create a pop up dimension, then added the vellum sentiment on top.
Added the panel to a 6" x 6" white card base.
Finally added dew drops.

Hope you can join us!

Have fun hopping, here is the list:

Special Day!

Hello friends! Hope you all are having an amazing Wednesday!

Today, I want to share with you a card I created using this brand new set from Spellbinders designed by Marissa Job!
It's a very feminine, delicate and elegant set, perfect for any special occasion, think wedding, anniversaries, birth announcements and more, this beautiful die-set is called Shapeabilities Special Day Frame Etched Dies Special Moments Collection.

Let me show the details:
Start creating a watercolor piece using watercolor paper and Fuchsia Color Burst, mist the powders and set aside to dry.
Apply adhesive behind a piece of black cardstock and die-cut the "Special Day" sentiment a couple of time, peel and adhere sentiment together.
After watercolor panel is dry, die-cut the outside swirl, also use the bigger circle die to create the window.
Die-cut a small circle from center piece.
Adhere a piece of patterned paper to a 6" x 6" white card. Adhere the outside swirl and small circle.
Add a little tag from patterned paper and adhere the sentiment.
Add paper flowers and ribbon.

Hope you like it.
Have a fantastic day!

Beautiful

Hello friends!!Hope you all are having a great day!! I have to confess I had this card ready since Monday and wanted it to post it on Wednesday, but my daughter had surgery and her recovery is taking a lot longer than expected. She got a tonsillectomy plus tongue tie cut, poor thing has been in so much pain, I wanted it to take it away from her.
Anyways, hopefully she will feel better soon and my crafty time will be back to the regular routine.

For today I have this beautiful rose image. This is one of the pages from Hello Friend Coloring Book.
I colored the image with watercolor pencils, then added Wink of Stella and set it aside to dry.
Die-cut a background piece from Pink Pixie Dots patterned paper and a tag using Green Pixie Dots patterned paper.
I added a die-cut sentiment and pearls to finish the card.

Here you can see a little close up of the shimmering action ;)

Hope you like it!
Have a wonderful day!

Now, let me show you the projects I have for you!
I created two super cute cards, coffee and baby projects! Baby projects are one of my favorite cards to create!!
For both cards I used my Original MISTI, I traveled to a wedding and took my MISTI and stamps with me, I had time to color and sadly didn't take pictures of the process, but these cards are super easy and the MISTI made the stamping process a lot easier!

Coffee
For this card I used Coffee Cup Heart and Coffee Swirl Word.
I stamped the coffee cups on a piece of white cardstock using my MISTI in Black Ink
Colored the images with Spectrum Noir markers, then die-cut the piece, added Sparkle pen on the pink are and Star Dust Stickles to the hearts.
Die-cut a piece of patterned paper and adhered it to a kraft card base, then added foam tape to the coffee panel and adhered it to card.
Stamped the coffee sentiment on a piece of clear vellum, then die-cut it using a tiny tag die, added twine and adhered it to card.

New baby
For this card I used the same repeated stamping technique than my coffee card, in this case I used this super cute Mary Jane Shoes small.
I stamped the shoes in Black Ink, then colored them with Chameleon Pencils. Die-cut the panel and added Crystal Lacquer to all the shoes and put it aside for 24 hours until it was completely dry.
Added patterned paper to a kraft card base, added the stamped panel and added a bow.

Inside, I stamped the New baby sentiment

Started mixing alcohol inks on a piece of White Yupo Paper and Alcohol Blending Solution. After the paper pieces were dried, I stamped the beautiful peonies and leaves from Mondo Peony Stamp set in Versamark Watermark ink, then added Gold Embossing powder and heat set, after that die-cut the flowers and leaves with coordinated dies.
Cut a piece of Kraft cardstock and stamped the peonies in Memento Ink, then added the die-cut pieces some with foam adhesive, and other with tape.
Stamped the Hello sentiment from Mondo Sakura Stamp Set, then die-cut the beautiful piece from a leftover green yupo piece.
Added pearls to the panel and added the panel to a 6" x 6" white card base.
