Impression Obsession Old is New

 

Hello friends!

Sometimes we get so busy with new released stamps that we forget about our old favorites. The Impression Obsession team has set aside a couple days a month to share some new projects using some great older stamps. You can see the list of today’s participants on the Impression Obsession blog.

I have a super cute card!! A fun way to use those adorable bunnies for a hello card!

Details:
Stamp Cottontail, Mopsie and Garden grows images on white cardstock in Chocolate ink.
Color images with alcohol markers, here I used Spectrum Noir, the fussy cut them out.
Die-cut Woodgrain frame in red and pink dots patterned paper.
Adhere frame to a white card base with foam adhesive, adhere pink dot par direct to card.
Die-cut Hello from Hello Summer in yellow cardstock, 3 times, glue them together, then 
adhere it to frame.
Adhere Garden Grown to frame.
Die-cut Grass Border and adhere a couple of borders wot frame. Adhere bunnies.

Foiled Sunflowers

 Hello friends!
Hope you all are having a great day!

I have a simple and elegant card for you {wink, wink}

Foiling stamps is easier than you think, I followed this tutorial by Heidi Swapp  check it out HERE.
For this foiling you need toner ink.

Details:
Stamp Small Sunflowers on kraft cardstock in toner ink, set aside to dry (about 15 minutes, then foil) Check out tutorial.
Fussy cut out images.
Die-cut Three Rectangle Frame Die in white cardstock.
Stamp One Moment on rectangle in Cranberry ink.
Ink blend a piece of watercolor paper using Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide, then mist gold spray.
Trim panel to 4"x4", adhere sentiment.
Add foiled sunflowers with foam adhesive, then trim sides.
Adhere it to a 4.25" x 4.25" white panel.
Adhere it to a 5"x5" kraft card base.

Impression Obsession Theme Day: In the Garden


Hello friends!
Every month the Impression Obsession Team is showcasing a theme day, 
this month is all "In The Garden"
Talking about garden/gardening, do you enjoy?

I love gardening! I am looking forward to starting my garden this year, also I found a company that sells Peruvian pepper seeds and I am so excited about it.
Plus I am adding flowers to my flower garden, just a note, allergies are really bothering me now, lol.

Anyway, I have a cue flowery card for you today!
This card was very easy to put together.

Details:
Stamp Flower Polka Dot Pot and Flower Pot with Daisy on white cardstock in Chocolate Ink, color images with markers and fussy cut them out.
Die-cut Folk Art Trellis in white cardstock (x3), glue them together, ink top die-cut Old Paper Distress Ink, color hearts and leave with pink marker.
Die-cut Pink Edge Frame and Woodgrain Frame in white cardstock.
Cut a panel from Patterned Paper (Rustic Elegance from Carta Bella)
Glue frame and trellis together, glue a piece of light blue patterned paper behind.
Add foam adhesive to panel and adhere to patterned paper panel.
Adhere pot with foam tape. Add panel to white card base.


Inside:
Stamp Here There Sunshine in Chocolate ink.
Die-cut sentiment using the thin long banner from Slimline Sentiments Flag.
Using the same patterned paper from the cover, die-cut the biggest banner.
Adhere it to a white panel, adhere sentiment.
Adhere to a kraft panel and adhere it to inside of card.

Impression Obsession March Team Favorites Hop


Welcome to the Impression Obsession March 2021 Release Team Favorites Hop!

The Impression Obsession Design Team are sharing  their favorite projects from this month's release today.

I have a super fun project for you today!
I love gnomes and when I saw this guy in the March Release I knew I had to created a fun card with him.
I have 2 cute gnomes on my front yard and planning to get few more because Hey! they are fun!!

Details:
Die-cut Sitting gnome from watercolor paper and blue shimmering cardstock. Blend ink on gnome's face, beard, arms, color shoes with markers. Glue together gnome.
Die-cut flowers from Tiny 5 Petals  and Tiny 6 Petals and glue then on hat.
Leaves from hat are leftovers from Folk Art Frame.
Die-cut Grass border from Patterned Paper, set aside.
Stamp cloud on white cardstock in Baby Blue Ink.
Glue grass border on cloud background, then die-cut piece using Wacky Stitched Circle Dies.
Die-cut mushroom in white cardstock, color it with markers.
Stamp Big Flower Pot on white cardstock in Chocolate Ink, color it with markers, fussy cut out image and add it to circle panel.
Add pieces to circle panel.
Adhere patterned paper to a 5.5" square kraft card base.
Stamp sentiment from The Gnome Said set on black cardstock in Versamark Watermark ink, add white embossing powder and heat set.
