Impression Obsession Challenge: Send a little humor

Hello friends!! It is time for another fun Impression Obsession Challenge!! This time is "Send a little humor" (funny or punny)

To enter the challenge go to the  Impression Obsession blog (all the details are there!). A random challenge card will be selected to showcase on the IO blog AND you can to enter to win a $25 gift certificate to IO just by playing! (IO stamps need to be used)

For this project I used Mermaids Die, Let's be Mermaids and Shell background.

Since my accident last year (torn calf muscle), well my leg is not the same, I have good days and not good days, so sometimes I wish I could be a mermaid so I didn't have to deal with the pain, LOL.

Anyways, I kept the card pretty simple, used the new Mermaids die, love this set of 4 mermaids, here I used only one, I die-cut it from cream cardstock and inked all the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

My Sweet Petunia and Technique Tuesday Blog Hop

Hello everyone!! We have another fun collaboration blog hop between My Sweet Petunia and Technique TuesdayAmazing projects will be shared from both Design Teams and chances to win too!

I have 3 projects for you today! Super fun stamps and coordinated dies!
Let's get started.

Exercise?
Ok, this card is so me!! LOL. I eat pretty healthy, but fries are my weakness, believe it or nor I prefer sweet potato fries, but any fries will do the trick anyway, hehehe.
So, when I saw this set I HAD to HAVE it!!
I started die-cutting a circle, about 2" in diameter, then I traced it on my 4" square piece of white carstock and started stamping the fries from Planner Yum set, then turning the panel to the right until I completed stamping the fries.
To finish it I started the little hearts in between fries, then colored them with Chameleon Pencils.
Finally, I stamped the sentiment from Sassy Lazy Thoughts set in Rose Ink.
I sponged the sentiment part with Distress Ink, then die-cut the pie with circle dies and added an scalloped stitched circle behind.
After the card was put on the card base I added Clear Stickles to hearts and fries.

Here is the card! I love it  :)

Hello friend
This card was super easy to put together. Started stamping the pretty daisy from Delightful Daisy on a piece of white cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black ink, then colored with Spectrum Noir Markers, then die-cut with coordinated die.
The background piece created with Arrowhead Chevron Stencil and clear embossing paste that I added a couple of drops of red ink.
The sentiment was stamped in a piece of black cardstock and die-cut using circle scalloped stitched die.
Finally, added clear and purple sequins, and Stickles
Card size is 5" square.

 You can't choose
This card was a lot of fun to make, hehehehe. I used the flower and heart from Sassy Family Set and started stamping them from the middle and moving up and down 0.5 ", using your MISTI makes the work a lot easier. After stamping the panel, I colored the images and background with Spectrum Noir Markers, after that I covered the hearts with Clear Stickles and flower centers withRed Ruby Liquid Pearls, set aside to dry and die-cut the panel with rectangle stitched dies.
Stamped the sentiment in St. Valentine StazOn, die-cut the sentiment and a background piece and added to card base.

Delight in the Little Things
For this project I used Floral Border and Delight.
The beautiful border was stamped on a piece of watercolor paper in Versamark Watermark Ink, then added White embossing powder and heat set.
The florals were colored with Ken Oliver Color Burst: I used Fuchsia, Indigo, Lemon Yellow, Yellow Ochre, Alizarin Crimson and Ultramarine Blue, trimmed the image after it was dry and sponged all the edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
After that, I used Circle Make Circles Stencil to add a little extra to the card, I used Broken China Distress ink, then the sentiment was stamped in Stazon Ink.
Added white satin ribbon to the left side of the card and  pearls on the flowers.

Beautiful Minds
For this project I used Reflections, Floral Border and Beautiful Minds.
I started stamping the beautiful Reflectionsand Floral Border images on a piece of watercolor paper in Jet Black Stazon Ink, I used my MISTI to get the perfect impression.
Then, I used the Arrowhead Chevron Stencil, combined few drops of Candy Apple Mist (Tattered Angels) and white embossing paste and added it to the panel, after that I misted the panel with Angel Pink, Rhubarb Stalk and Tangelo Firework Mists.
After it dry, I colored the face with Color Bursts, the flowers from the floral border were also colored with Color Burst and then cut out to decorate the head.
Then for the sentiment I used Diamond Fade Stencil and Vintage Photo Distress ink on a piece of white cardstockafter that I stamped the sentiment. Added a little bit of cheese cloth and silver thread behind the sentiment.
Decorated the panel wit flower sequins.

Essentials by Ellen May Release!!

Hello friends! Today is the day, the new Essentials by Ellen are here and I have to say that this month release is amazing!! Julie Ebersole has designed pretty sets and I had the chance to play with 2 of them.
Love that these sets are great for any occasion!
So, let me show you the cards I have for you!

Hello Beautiful!
For this card I used Mondo Sakura Set, I stamped the beautiful flower on a piece of white cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black and my MISTI, then colored it with Spectrum Noir markers, then die-cut it with the coordinated Mondo Sakura Die. (I actually stamped 2 flowers in opposite corners, BUT while coloring the images I got a little booboo so I decided to die-cut them and use one only. I will be sharing another card soon.)
I created the background using Spectrum Noir Sparkle markers, then stamped the Hello from Mondo Sakura Set in Pink ink, then die-cut the "beautiful" word in Shimmer Black Cardstock, I added Stick It on the back, die-cut it and adhered it to card.
Finally, I added few sequins and rhinestones.

You are wonderful
For this card I stamped the pretty flower from Mondo Sakura Set on a piece of watercolor paper in Jet Black Stazon Ink, then colored it with Spectrum Noir Metallic Markers, after that die-cut it using the coordinated Mondo Sakura Die.
The background was created again using Spectrum Noir Sparkle Markers, I stamped the "YOU are" from Mondo Sakura Set in dark purple ink, then die-cut the "wonderful word" in Shimmer Black Cardstock, I added Stick It on the back, die-cut it and adhered it to card.
Finally I added rhinestones and a bit of silver thread.

Hope you like my projects!
Have a fantastic day!!
