Sweet 'n Sassy January Blog Hop Day 1: Leafy Flourish Background and More

Welcome to day 1 of our January feature Blog Hops!

Today we're featuring Leafy Flourish Background and More stamp set

  • Clear Stamp set includes 7 images
  • Set measures approximately 6" x 8"
  • Large Background image measures approximately 4.5" x 6"
  • Designed by Korin Sutherland
  • Stamp set - $26
These are the projects I have for you today.

Tomorrow is a new day! This card is really pretty IRL, sadly dark days didn't help much with a good picture.

Here are the details:
  • Make card base from White Cardstock, A2 size.
  • Cut a piece of White Cardstock (3.75" x 5"), stamp flourish image in VersaMark ink and add Gold Embossing powder, heat set.
  • Add a piece of white and  gold cardstock in the middle part of the embossing piece. Die-cut 3 small butterflies, then stamp the coordinated butterfly from Majestic Monarch Set in Memento Luxe Wedding Dress, apply clear embossing powder and heat set. Add dimensional behind the die-cut butterflies and added to piece.
  • Add panel to a slightly bigger piece of Gold Cardstock.
  • Die-cut a stitch label, stamp small flourish in Golden Glitz Delicata Ink, set aside to dry , then stamp saying from God is bigger set in Coffee Archival ink.
  • Add label piece to card panel.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Believe in yourself: Another pretty card with a bad lighting picture. Sorry about that.

Here are the details:
  • Make card base from Vanilla Cardstock. A2 size.
  • Cut a panel from Orange (5" x 3.75") and from Vanilla Cardstock (4.75" x 3.5"). Set aside.
  • Cut a panel from White Cardstock (4.5" x 3.25"), stamp flourish image in Memento Luxe Tuxedo Black, then apply clear embossing powder and heat set.
  • Apply Blood Orange Gelato in all the white areas and sponge around until you get the desired color.
  • Die-cut a large scallop border in Vanilla Cardstock, stamp sentiment from God is Bigger in Memento Tangelo Ink. Add it to embossing piece.
  • Add embossed panel to orange/vanilla piece.
  • Apply dots of White Liquid Pearls to all the circles areas.
  • Make a bow and adhere it to card.
