So today I have my first project using Great Impressions Stamps. I really like this stamp, first because here in WA State we have quite a bit of rain {wink, wink} and second because my daughter had a rain coat just like the picture and I LOST it!! Yes! I forgot her coat at the YMCA and of course when I asked for it nobody saw it. I was so sad (I also forgot a pair of Crocs, oops)
Anyway, back to the project. I colored the image with Spectrum Noir Markers and also the cloud background. Super easy, just drew some clouds, cut them out and sponged around them with light blue ink.
Directions:
- Make card base from White Cardstock. A2 size.
- Stamp image in Memento Tuxedo Black, color image with markers.
- Using a cloud template, create background.
- Stamp sentiment in Jet Black Archival Ink.
- Die-cut clouds, fence and grass, ink all edges and adhere them to card. Emboss clouds.
- Add Liquid pearls to boots and coat pockets.
- Skin: TN1
- Hair: GB7, GB9, EB4
- Rain Coat: CG1, CG2, CG3, GT1, GT2
- Boots: GT1, GT3, CG1, HB1

- Cardstock: Neenah Solar White (CutCardstock), Bashful Blue (SU), Kraft (GKD)
- Patterned Paper: Road Map (October Afternoon)
- Stamps: H240 Lizzy dressed for rain, E791 Sweet Sentiments (Great Impressions)
- Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko), Jet Black Archival (Ranger), Bashful Blue (SU) "for BG sponging"
- Accessories: Clouds, Fence, Grass Die (Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps), White Opal and Ruby Liquid Pearls (Ranger)
