For this card, I really wanted to show how beautiful this Ornate Garden Die set is, but I didn't want to add too much, so I decided to draw a simple background, I just wanted a simple wall with some leaves falling, but at the end I ended up with a row of trees and flowers. Watercoloring is very relaxing for me, you should give it a try too {wink, wink}
Here are the details
- Make a card base from Ultra Smooth Premium White Cardstock. A2 size.
- Cut a panel from watercolor paper and create the scene, I used Spectrum Aqua Markers: Moss, Crimson, Slate, Black, Terracota, Aquamarine.
- Stamp sentiment from Sentimental set in Jet Black StazOn ink.
- Die-cut and emboss the Ornate Garden in White Cardstock. (Die-cut table twice and glue them together)
- Glue chairs first to watercolor piece, then add table to piece with foam tape.
- Mat watercolor piece with a Black Pearl Shimmering cardstock.
- Add panel to card base.
