- Create a card base, in this case I created a label shape card in Strawberry Blush cardstock. I stamped the blooms in Red Ink. Added a piece of vellum on top. NOTE: This vellum is pretty thick, for this kind of project it's better if you buy thin vellum.
- Adhere your vellum piece.
- Die-cut "Mother" x3 in White Cardstock, then glue them together.
- Stamp and die-cut blooms and leaves, add them to card with dimensionals. Stamp sentiment in Coffee Archival ink. Add "Mother" die-cut to card.
- I added zig-zag sttiches to side of the card and then faux sitiches to all edges with a White pen. Add pearls to flower centers.
And this is the card!!

beautiful shaped card! Love the stitching.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the close-up shots and great details! I'm curious if you actually used your sewing machine for the left-hand side or a sewing tool. I'm concerned the paper will mess up my machine. This is so pretty.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. I like the shape and the stitching.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous and GREAT use of the die!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card Giovana. Love the vellum, the shape... the stitching looks great... the layered die-cut word looks great.
