Hello my friends! Welcome to Day 1 of Gina K. Designs Inspiration Blog Hop. Hope you enjoyed the Release Party last night, it was a lot of fun!! Today we are featuring "Basket Additions" by Melanie Muenchinger and "Strength & Hope" by Theresa Momber.  Theresa is donating all the proceeds from Strength and Hope, for the first month of sales, to cancer research, that is awesome!!

Here are my projects!

Basket Additions: This set coordinates with Spring Basket and Holiday Basket, a great addition for your collection :) I used the basket from "Spring Basket"

Directions:
  • Make card from White Cardstock. 5.5" square card.
  • Cut a panel from Sweet Mango CS (5 1/8" square).
  • Cut a panel from Patterned Paper, ink all edges (5" square).
  • Mat PP and CS, add strips of orange dot PP. Add straight stitches to all sides and zig-zag to PP strips.
  • Stamp sentiment in Walnut Stain Distress Ink.
  • Tie on ribbon and adhere panel to card base.
  • Stamp basket (twice) on White CS, color them with Copic Markers and cut out 1 of them. Die-cut, emboss and stencil piece with Square Nestabilities
  • Stamp Pumpkin, leaves image on White CS, color it with Copic Markers and cut it out.
  • Add Tangerine twine to jar, also some Star Dust Stickles. Add pumpkin image to your square piece with small pop dots. Add Crystal Lacquer to image.
  • Add Lace tape to basket, adhere basket to square panel with large dots to create a good 3D effect.
  • Mat square piece with a Fleur de Lis Square in Chocolate Brown CS. Adhere it to card.
  • Add mini pearls to opposite corners.

Card recipe:
