Birthday Wishes

Hello my friends, this is my second post for today. Have you heard about the Card Showdown over at 2 Sketches 4 You!! They are celebrating their 1st anniversary and the celebration is HUGE!!! You have to stop there and check it out. I was in a very inspired mood today. I finished 3 cards and I love them all!! You will see them during the weekend ;)

My card is very girly, actually I made for a girl who is celebrating her birthday this Saturday and her Birthday Party Theme is Butterflies. My card base is Pink Pirouette. The pretty paper is from Out &About Collection from My Mind's Eye. I adhered a piece of White CS, punch the border and stitched it together. I added some Red Rhinestones on the scallop area. The image is from smARTworks "Bliss" set. I stamped the image onto PP CS, heat embossed using Ruby Red ep. then I added some Dazzling Diamond Glitter for a shiny look. The sentiment is from Verve Stamps "Wishful Elegance" Set.

Card recipe:
Card Stock: Pink Pirouette, White.
Paper: Out & About Collection (My Mind's Eye)
Ink: Real Red, White pigment, Plum Pigment (Sponging).
Embellishments: White Satin Ribbon ( Offray), Red Rhinestones (Kaiser Crafts).
Accessories: Sewing machine, Punch, SU Dimensionals, Ruby Red ep, Heat embossing gun, Diamond Glaze, sponges.
