For my card I used Circle Chipboard, May Arts Black Gingham Ribbon and May Arts Ivory Burlap Loop Cord (available in store). The paper and CS is from my stash. The butterfly is from Cone flowers set (smARTworks).

Embellishments: Circle chipboard, May Arts Black Gingham Ribbon and May Arts Ivory Burlap Loop Cord (available in store), Alphabet Stickers (Pink Paislee), Clear Rhinestones.
Accessories: Sewing machine, White thread, Mini glue dots.
