A Belated Happy Mother's Day and an E.R. visit

Hello everyone,
I hope you all are having a great day. For all you moms , "Happy Mother's Day".
I spent the weekend with my in-laws, I had a great Mother's Day, but my health problems continued. Yesterday, in our way back home, after almost 4 hours driving, I started feeling really bad. a lot of chest pain, short of breath, I got in panic. I went to the ER and spent almost 7 hours there. I had all the test done you can imagine.
Almost 1 am, they released me, I am not feeling good still, but better than yesterday. I have to take everything easy. This morning I went to visit my regular doctor and he changed my asthma medication again and also I will have a Heart stress test done this week.

I hope everything goes right.
I will be back tomorrow, I hope I feel better.

God bless you all and thanks for visiting me.

Happy Birthday Sparkie!!!

This afternoon I was making a card for MFT Guest Designer. The theme this month is using a "stamp animal" I got this cute dog through the Wish Rak group. When I was in the process to color the dog my DD came and told me, mommy this is so cute!!! I wish I could have a pet dog, could you please buy me a dog??? I said Not yet, we don't have a fence and you know that mommy and daddy have allergy problems, she looked at me and said, so could you name this dog Sparkie? I said, sure I can. LOL
For my card I used the sponging technique, I sponged all the background with different ink colors.
Anyway, here is my card I submitted for the Designer contest.

Bareback

Happy Sunday everyone, I am having a great one so far, still feeling a lit bit sick, most of the times headaches and neck aches, but feeling better than yesterday.
Today after church I went to the Craft Warehouse Store, oh my, I wanted to buy everything, because of the National Scrapbookind Day I found great prices, 40% off and 50% in all the Card stock section, I bought a lot of Bazzil Card stock, some yummy colors, I am so happy!!!!!

Anyway, this time I tried Beate's Weekend Sketch Challenge, I used a horse image from SU Bareback set, I got this image through the Wish Rak group. I think this card is perfect for Father's Day, I think I will give it to my neighbor who has 2 horses and 1 is brown just like the image. I've been talking about the horses in some previous posts I think I will take a picture of her ( and her son) and post it here, they are my buddies, LOL, I love to feed them, of course just through the fence, and anytime I am outside working on my garden they always think I am going to go to feed them.

Here is my card: I sponged the borders of the image with chocolate chip and cranberry crisp. After I colored the horses a bit with some brown and tan coolored pencils, I sponged the background with light blue ink to create the sky and also I sponged some gold ink to create the grass.
My card is 6" x 3".
Card Recipe:
Card stock: Bazzil Brown and Green , White.
Paper: Bohemia (Backyard "Togehter")
Stamp: SU Bareback.
Ink: SU Chocolate Chip, SU Cranberry Crisp, gold and light blue.

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great day. Here in the Northwest the weather is really crazy, some days is very bright and warm and others like today cloudy and rainy, not too cold, but not a joyful day.
Saturday's usually I don't stamp, but I have a book with all the blog challenges that I would like to accomplish, I hope I can do at least 1/3 of them, LOL.
Anyway, I tried this time Taylor's Cupcake Challenge, I checked her sketch yesterday, but I didn't read all the post, oppss, so I made a regular card, I thought it doesn't look right, so I checked her blog again and I read the complete post, and ahhhhh I made the card too small, so I made another card, this time the right measurement.

A Friend... the most precious.

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great day, I woke up today with sinus pressure again!!! I have a headache, but always some time for another card, LOL.
Last night I promised my DD we will make a cake, Oh my!! since she got up she is asking what time are we gonna make the cake, now she says she doesn't want an orange flavor cake, she wants chocolate, OH OH, I don't know if I have all the ingredients yet, but we will make something, LOL.

Anyway, today on SCS is a new challenge, Friday is a Limited Supplies Challenge, this time to make a card using any kind of Circles.
I cut my little circles using my Coluzzle (the smallest circle) then I glue the circle onto my brown DP and used my scallop circles. I attached the ribbon first (big mistake, I didn't calculate enough space for my sentiment) and then the flowers.
I sponged the smallest piece of CS with chocolate chip ink.

Here is my card:

Mother's Day Card

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing great. I started my day very early today and when I decided to come back to bed my DD got up, it was only 6:02 am !!!!! Oh poor me, I was feeling very tired, anyway, I decided then to do all my chores and before 7:00 am I had everything done!!!! Hurray for me, LOL.

Today on SCS is another challenge day, Thursday are Ways to Use it Challenge, and today was to make some pleats or ruffles... hmmm, first time I tried this technique, but I love it.
I used my sewing machine to ruffle my ribbon. It looks really pretty IRL. I embossed the rose using white ep direct to the paper, then I embossed another rose and cut it out and used dimensionals.

Card Recipe:
Card stock: White, Su Chocolate Chip.
Paper: MDC
Stamps: SU Flower Garden (rose) Mama Mouse and more by Saltbox Studio (sentiment)
Ink: Stazon Black.
Embellishments: Red Ribbon, gold brads, gold stickles, gold thread
Accessories: SU dimensionals, double sided tape, sewing machine, embossing gun.
