Christmas in July!!

Hello friends!! Today I want to bring you a little bit of winter in this very hot season!! I honestly don't like extreme weather, but I will prefer some cold than the extreme hot temperatures we are having now. Anyways, I think we can start celebrating Christmas in July! So, I have a monochromatic gold card for you, here are the steps:

Step 1: Gather all your materials needed, in this case I used Stardream Metallic Fine Gold and Savoy Bright White Card stockWhite Organza Ribbon, Golden Glitz Delicata ink and stamps.

Step 2: Cut a piece of Savoy Bright White cardstock, 4.25" square and stamps snowflakes in Golden Glitz Delicata ink. Mount piece on a 4.5" square piece of same color card stock.

Step 3: Die-cut snowflakes from Stardream Metallic Fine Gold Card stock.

Step 4: Die-cut a couple of same snowflakes from Bright White Card stock and adhere them behind gold one.

Step 5: Tie White organza ribbon on stamped panel, then adhere it to a 5" square Stardream Metallic Fine Gold card base.

Step 6: Add snowflakes with foam adhesive, stamp sentiment and add it to card with foam adhesive as well.

Stamps and dies are from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps, sadly, they are retired.

Mr & Mrs

Hello friends! Happy Saturday! Hope you are having a relaxing day, that is the plan I have for today. I want to craft and create, I will not worry about meals or laundry, LOL. At least that's my plan, I have to run few errand before, but we'll see if I can work on the things I have planned.

Anyway, I have a super glittery and shiny card for you. The picture doesn't make justice on how glittery the paper is. I created this card for CutCardStock, the charcoal is paper, so I added cardstock to the sides after die-cutting the top.

This is the inside look!

I also stamped a silver seal to decorate the envelope.

Super easy and fun card!! Also, you have the chance to win some envelopes and seals! Just leave your comment HERE, you have until midnight July 26th!

  • After the embossing paste has dried, add a bit color using yellow mist.

  • Stamp sentiment in red ink. add leaves a flowers to right bottom corner. I mixed the centers of the flowers to make them pop a bit more.

Ombre Father's Day Card.

Hello friends! Today bringing you a super cute, quick and simple Father's Day Card!! I made this tutorial for CutCardStock, but in case you haven't seen it there, I am bringing it to you here {wink, wink}

I selected the colors of cardstock I wanted to use, since my card is a nautical I chose blue tones. In order from picture starting from top: Basis NavyBasis BlueStardream Metallic BluebellBasis Aqua and Stardream Metallic Aquamarine.

Then, I cut 1" stripes of each color and adhered them to a piece of cardstock 3.75" x 5"

After that, I stamped the sentiment in Versamark Watermark Ink, added White embossing powder and heat set.

I die-cut 4 anchors in Stardream Metallic Fine Gold Cardstock, then glued them together to create a thick anchor.

I matted the panel piece to a slightly bigger piece of Basis Natural Cardstock. Added the gold amchor and light blue twine to it.

Finally, I added blue sequins to give it a shine look. Added panel to a Basis White Cardstock Card base.

And this is how the card looks like, I think it's super easy and you can cut several strips of cardstocks and create several cards in not time.

  • Then, create a circle window on your background piece. Die-cut a circle border from Curious Lime Metallic Cardstock and circle dies.
  • Die-cut leaves from Curious Metallic Super Gold and Cryogen White cardstock.
  • Adhere background piece to a A2 card base from Curious Metallic Cryogen White Cardstock, then adhere the circle window .
  • Stamp sentiment in Brown Ink and add leave piece, decorate as desired. I added ribbon, twin and paper flower and some clear rhinestones around the circle and on the background panel.

It's your lucky day!!

Hello friends! Today I want to share a tutorial I wrote for CutCardStock, my first one as a Design team Member!! I made these cute treasure lucky bags! Super easy and sun!

Here are the steps:
  • Start creating a computer generated saying, I didn't have a stamp that fit the project, so I decided to print one on a piece of Cryogen White Cardstock.

  • Then, die-cut and emboss 4 clover leaves in Curious Metallic Botanic Cardstock.

  • Cut a 6" square piece of Curious Metallic Lime Cardstock and dry emboss it with dot embossing folder.

  • Cut the embossed Lime piece in 4 pieces (1.5" x 5.25"), cut the computer generated sentiments and get ready to assemble the pieces together.

  • Just like this ;)

  •  Add, decorated pieces to already prepared bags with chocolate coins.

  • Now, you are ready to brighten somebody's day! Add a card too. Here I used the previous Curious Matallic Lime and Botanic cardstock for the grass and border, the image was stamped in a piece of Cryogen White and the card base is Thai Basil.
