Merry Christmas
This poinsettia background is gorgeous!
I colored the full image, but I messed it up when I cut the piece, so my panel had to be shorter than I really wanted, but it looked too pretty to toss it, What do you think?
Stamp the Soft Poinsettia on watercolor paper in Cranberry Ink, color the image with
Arteza markers.
Trim piece and set aside.
Create a background panel stamping the poinsettia in opposite corners in Bubblegum Ink, drag the ink pad to the other sides, just to create extra interest to the panel.
Stamp Merry Christmas in Pine Ink.
Add Poinsettia panel to card.
Finally add a frame from Scallop Pinwheel Die (this was a leftover piece from another project, I will show it to you tomorrow ;)
Normal Family
This was a super fun to create, the sentiment is just perfect and I think it fits every family, am I right? lol.
Start creating your background, just drag different ink colors, here I used Thistle, Deep Rose, Green Ochre Ink.
Stamp Normal Family in white cardstock, die-cut sentiment.
Stamp Skull 2 on Black cardstock in Versamark Watermark Ink, add white embossing powder and heat set. Fussy cut image.
Die-cut Postage Cuts in gold vellum and
Blog HopList
Hope you like my projects !
Don't forget to leave a comment for your chance to win a Gift Certificate.
Have a wonderful day and happy hopping.
Love the poinsettia card - beautiful
ReplyDeletePoinsettias are one of the
ReplyDeleteperks of Christmas. Your
flower is gorgeous. Love
how it is framed in the gold.
Sounds like you have a typical
family in the second card.

ReplyDeleteI ESPECIALLY LOVE your poinsettia card, Giovanna. BUUUT, the background to your second card is GORGEOUS! I noticed the sentiment in the store too. I have a sign in my laundry room that say, "Normal is just a setting on the washer!" LO SO TRUE! An EXCELLENT JOB, Giovanna!!! (I got side tracked over on Anna's Blog, looking at her chickens & chicken coop! LOL)
