This the cake I made for my daughter's birthday:
and these are the cupcakes I brought to her class yesterday:
After all the hurries and craziness, I got exhausted, not mojo, no energy, but I am back and actually I made a card today just for fun, this is for the Color Combination Challenge over at Splitcoaststampers + a fun challenge from Simon Says Stamps and Show: Water
So, for this card I used Tumbled Glass, Broken China and Faded Jeans Distress Inks, watercolor paper and White embossing powder. The corner tag it's actually the half of the oval die from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps.
Stamps used are from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps: Nature Silhouettes 2 and sentiment from Kindness.
Dies also from SNSS: Decorative Plaque & Birds & Feather Dies
Hope you like it!
Have a great day!
Love how you did this on watercolor paper! It gives a completely different feel to it...lovely!
ReplyDeleteI'm trying to focus on the card, but the cake and cupcakes are distracting me...lol! SWEET!!!! The card is truly stunning! The watercolor background is wonderful and soothing blue scheme is perfect, but the stitching gets me every time...LOVE IT!!! The bird is a wonderful addition! A real stunner for me! Thanks for playing in our watered down challenge this week at Simon Says Stamp & Show!
