Gina K. Designs Inspiration Blog Hop Day 3: Fresh Start

Hello my friends! Welcome to Day 3 of Gina K. Designs Inspiration Blog Hop. Today the inspiration comes from Fresh Start Set, this set is our "Free with 3" this month and this is what I came up with.

Directions:
  • Make card base from White Cardstock.
  • Stamp image in Tea Dye Distress  Ink.
  • Stamp an extra bird image in Tea Dye Distress and  the nest in Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Cut them out and adhere them to image with Mini Pop Dots.
  • Cut a panel from Kraft CS. Punch opposite sides and emboss it with Distressed Stripes Embossing folder.
  • Create a window with Oval Nestabilities.
  • Stamp sentiment in Walnut Stain Distress Ink.
  • Add Naiheads.
  • Add Fabric flower, add a rhinestone and jute twine.

All the items in bold can be found at Gina K. Designs Store

  46. Hi, Giovana - I love how you created the oval window and pieced the nest/birdie. Your nest looks about 1/4 inch thick to me, which is great for depth! Can't wait to get the set in the mail soon - best wishes, Rosy
