Hello my friends, I don't have a card for you today (yet), but I want to show something I've been working on. If you follow my blog, you may know DD's birthday party is coming soon, so I decided that instead of lots of candy for the party favor I wanted to include something the little girls could use. So I decided to make some flower barrets !! I have spent like 3 nights making the flowers and yesterday I glued them and decorated them.
I haven't finished the party favor for 3 of the girls that are a little bit older.
PS:The embroidery floss I used is from Brazil and Peru. I used to do a lot of cross stitch and I have tons of embroidery!!
Hope you like them!!
Giovana, these are wonderful - the little girls will love them, and their moms will too! Beautiful work! Thinking about selling any that are sized for A2 cards? I'd buy some!
ReplyDeleteThese are lovely Giovana! You will have some thrilled little girls! I left an award for you on my blog because you and your daughter make me smile!!

VERY nice! So much nicer (and more healthy) than candy, etc. Those girls will LOVE their treats!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful.....can I have your pattern.....for these flowers....I would love to make some......thank you...
ReplyDeleteYour flower barrettes are great. I have a 5 yr old GD and she loves to wear barrettes. I think she would be proud to wear these delightful barrettes because they are made with so much love.
ReplyDeleteGiovana,
ReplyDeleteWould you be so kind as to share your pattern with me?
Thank You & God Bless

They're beautiful...you've been super busy, but they will make a nice change from the often "junkie" favors the kids sometimes bring home. Nothin' like handmade. Hope the party is lots of fun for you and your dd.
