Impression Obsession Old Is New " So Loved"

Hello friends!

Sometimes we get so busy with new released stamps that we forget about our old favorites. The Impression Obsession team has set aside a couple days a month to share some new projects using some great older stamps. You can see the list of today’s participants on the Impression Obsession blog

For my project I created this super cute girly card.

The stamps I used are:

So loved

Ruby Red Slippers

Details:

Stamp the cute Ruby Red Shoes on a piece of watercolor paper in Jet Black Ink.

Color the image with watercolor, here I used Spectrum Noir Watercolor Markers.

Die-cut the image with square dies.

Stamp So Loved sentiment on white cardstock in Cherry Ink.

Adhere a piece of Patterned Paper on front card, then adhere images.

Embellish card adding Nuvo drops: Dandelion Yellow and Sweet Lilac.

Impression Obsession Old Is New " So Loved"

Hello friends!

Hope you all are having a fantastic day! Friday is here and I can't be more excited about it, lol, nothing special happening, just extra hours of sleep, yeah, I need that.

Today I have a super easy card using one of my favorite products "Color Burst by Ken Oliver Crafts"

For this project I used:

Color Burst: Pethalo Green, Orchid, Fuchsia, Tangerine and Chartreuse.

Stencil: Spring Ring by A Colorful Life Design.

Sentiment from Blooms Fill-In (Concord & 9th)

Details:

Position the stencil on a piece of watercolor paper, tap little bits of Color Burst in different places (a little bit is more than enough), then mist it with water and voila!

I let my stencil sit for a little bit to avoid damaging the design (yeah, sometimes I am not patient, lol)

Die-cut the panel after it gets dried.

Adhere it to a A2 Pink card base.

Stamp sentiment and add to card.

Add little bit of Violet Galaxy Nuvo Drops.

Impression Obsession Challenge: Flowers for Friends

Hello friends!!!

Welcome to another fun Impression Obsession Challenge, Christmas is just around the corner and sometimes we need quick and easy Christmas cards, well, that is our challenge this time "Flowers or Friends"

All the details can be found at the Impression Obsession  Blog.

A random challenge card will be selected to be showcased on the IO blog AND you can enter to win a $25 gift certificate to IO just by playing! (IO stamps need to be used).

This is the card I created for you.

Stamps used:

Little Something.

Happy Hybrid Rose.

Stamp Happy Hybrid Rose on gray cardstock in Versamark Watermark Ink, then add White embossing powder and heat set.

Color them with white color pencil, then add more colors, keeping some areas in white.

Die-cut piece and embellish with Rhubarb Crumble and Violet Galaxy Nuvo Drops. Here I used Chameleon Pencils.

Stamp Little Something Sentiment on vellum paper in Versamark Watermark Ink and White embossing powder.

Add vellum sentiment around rose panel.

Add panel to a white card base with foam adhesive.
