Just a note
Start creating a background with Windows stencil using Banana and Goldenrod Inks.
Then add little dots using Snowfall Stencil and gold ink.
Stamp splats from Handstamped Pooh in white ink.
Stamp sentiment in Caramel ink from same set.
Die-cut Childhood friends in white cardstock, then color each one with markers.
Add them to card with foam adhesive.

Sending Cheery wishes
Die-cut heart from Primitive Heart in Pink cardstock.
Die-cut Hugging Arms in light pink cardstock.
Adhere them to heart and trim extra pieces.
Stamp bouquet from A heart for you set, color it with markers and die-cut it with coordinated dies,
add it to hugging arms.
Cut a panel from Valentine Rose Paper Pack and adhere it to a pink card base.
Stamp sentiment on panel from Eeyore Friendship set in Cherry Ink.
Adhere heart to card with foam adhesive.

I love You
Die-cut a panel using Basic 4 Warm Reds and Crazy Stitched Set, add a piece of white cardstock
and add Border Stitching to both sides of white paper.
Die-cut a heart from Primitive Heart set in white cardstock, blend pink ink around all edges.
Stamp I Love You from Valentine Hearts set in Cherry Ink.
Die-cut flowers from Magnolia Flowers set in white cardstock, color centers in pink and add pearls.
Die-cut leaves from Stitched Flower Bouquet.
Adhere heart and flowers to card with foam adhesive.
Add Crystal Stickles to sentiment.
