For this card I used the Heart Frame Die, gorgeous die, perfect for many occasions.
Details:
Die-cut Heart Frame a couple of times in pink cardstock glue them together.
Adhere piece to a white cardstock panel. and a patterned paper piece.
Add panel to a white card base with foam adhesive.
Stamp sentiment on a banner, sentiment is from Seasonal Palette set (also on sale)
Add a little die-cut button.

Adhere vellum panel to background blue piece.
Stamp sentiment on a oval tag.
Embellish card with blue rhinestones.
