Details:
Blend Gelatos on panel, splash a bit of water and set aside to dry.
Die-cut a front panel in white cardstock using Crazy Stitched and Quilted Heart (I used this die to have a nice, stitched heart border)

Details:
add white embossing powder and heat set.
Blend Gelatos on panel, then wipe the embossed images with paper towel or a clean cloth.
After die-cutting, mist gold spray on panel.
Adhere panel on a slightly bigger black panel.
Add panel to a white card base.
Adhere sentiment with foam tape.
Embellish card with pearls and White Nuvo drops.
