Impression Obsession August Release Day 2

 
Welcome to the Impression Obsession August 2021 Release Celebration!

Each day (August 2nd & 3rd) You can find a list of participants on the Impression Obsession Blog.

Let me show you a couple of fun cards I have for you today!

Wild About You
Love how this card turned out, but I think I should've done the sentiment in gold instead of white ;)

Details:
Stamp Small leaf and Large Leaf on white cardstock in Pine Ink.
Color images with markers, color background as well.
Die-cut panel with Checkered Framed Die, die-cut and extra border to add a little bit more of dimension, adhere frame to white card base. 
Add white and green nuvo drops, set aside to dry.
Stamp Lion on white cardstock in Chocolate Ink, color images with markers, 
then fussy cut it out.
Stamp Wild About You on vellum paper in Versamark Watermark Ink,
add white embossing powder and heat set.
Adhere vellum panel to card .
Add Lion with foam adhesive.
Adhere a little red heart to card.
 





Hippo Birthday
I love, love, love this card!
Simple and adorable!

Details
Create a cloud background using Cloud Border Dies as a stencil! 
Use pink and purple inks.
Stamp Hippo Birthday in Orange Ink. Die-cut panel with Crazy Stitched Die.
Die cut Grass Border in green cardstock, adhere it to panel.
Stamp Hippo on white cardstock in Chocolate Ink, color image with markers,
then fussy cut it out.
Add Hippo to panel with foam adhesive.
Die-cut a Party Balloon and Small String and add it to card.

    Your cards are so fun. I love the vellum layer. It adds so much without hitting you in the face. The hippo colors are fab. I love the warm fuzzy feeling his goofy smile gives me.
