Impression Obsession Challenge: Have a heart


Hello friends!
Welcome to another fun Impression Obsession Challenge, hopefully we can inspire you to create fun, easy and wonderful projects! 
Our challenge this time is

"Have a heart"

A random challenge card will be selected to be showcased on the IO blog AND you can enter to win a $25 gift certificate to IO just by playing! (IO stamps need to be used).

This is the card I created for you.

For this card I used  Heart Tiles and Special Place, the little heart is from Love Words Die set.

Details:
Stamp CC Heart Tiles on Pink Cardstock in Rose Ink.
Trim piece to 5.25" x 4", ink all edges with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
Stamp Special Place on vellum in Versamark Watermark Ink, then add White embossing powder and heat set. Trim piece.
Die-cut heart, color with sparkle pen.
Adhere pieces to a white card base.
Add White Nuvo drops.

Impression Obsession: In Love with Spring Release Day 5


The Impression Obsession In Love with Spring Release Celebration stars today!!
Each day, from January 6th to January 11th, you can find a list of participants on the Impression Obsession Blog at 6 am (EST)
Every single blog will have a $25 gift certificate to give away for the event - so the more you comment through our Release Celebration the more chances to win!
All comments for all of the event days will be open until Sunday January 12th at noon CT.
All winner will be announced on Tuesday January 14th.

Let me show you the cards I have for you today
Be Mine
Super easy and cool card.
Details
Mist a piece of watercolor paper with Festive Flamingo Shimmering Mist.
Set aside to dry then die-cut piece using Quilted Heart, set all pieces aside.
Die-cut a piece of red cardstock using Quilted Heart Die as well.
Die-cut watercolor piece using square, then add a piece of sticky paper and adhere the red heart border and then add the little pieces in.
Die-cut Love Words in Watercolor paper (x3), glue them together, then blend Rose Ink in a ombre gradient.
Adhere pieces to a 5.5" x 5.5" white card.

Heat embossing and die-cuts are a great combo ;)
Details:
Mist a watercolor piece with Festive Flamingo Shimmering Mist, set aside to dry.
Then stamp CC Present in Versamark Watermark ink, then add Gold Embossing Powder and heat set.
Die-cut piece using the biggest die from Checkered Frames Dies.
Stamp Happy Birthday on a piece of vellum in Red Stazon Ink. Set aside to dry or to speed the process use your heat gun.
Die-cut vellum piece using Pinked Edge Frame, also die-cut a couple of pieces in white cardstock, glue them together.
Die-cut a Large Frame in white cardstock.
Adhere pieces to a pink card base (large frame, embossed piece, vellum and pinked frame)
Stamp, color and fussy cut three presents and add it to frame.
Add White Nuvo drops to embellish.
