A flower for you

Happy Saturday my friends!! Today I want to show you a card I made for SCS Color Combination Challenge: Pink Pirouette, Chocolate Chip and Riding Hood Red.This is a 5" x 5" square card. My base is Chocolate CS, then I zig zag and straight stitched a piece of Pink Piroutte and Libby DP by Daisy Buckets, The image is Springtime-Stampavie and was colored with Watercolored Pencils and Markers. I also added some Stickles and a couple of Clear Crystals from Zva on the left corner.I added some pretty Pink Sheer Wired w/Butterflies and Beads Ribbon from May Arts.
Card Recipe:
Card Stock: Chocolate, Pink Pirouette, White.
Paper: Libby by Daisy Buckets.
Stamps: Springtime by Stampavie.
Ink: Black.
Embellishments: Pink Wired Ribbon from May Arts, Clear Crystals from Zva.

Someone remembers

Happy Friday my friends!! Today I have a Color Challenge card for you. Yesterday I was checking all the great card blogs and I found this cute Color Challenge, it comes from Little Paper Shop Blog, sadly I don't own any of their stamps, but I decided to play the challenge anyway.
For my card I used Kraft as my base, I stitched Chocolate Chip and White Cs plus a piece of SU Bella Rose DP. I stamped the images using Daisy Trio #1 by smARTworks and my stamp-a-majig. The images were stamped in Riding Hood Red, the sentiment was stamped in Chocolate Chip Craft and embossed in Clear ep, I added a couple of Rhinestones at the bottom.

Paper: SU Bella Rose.

I thought of you today

Happy Tuesday everyone, I am late posting because a have a trillion things to do, LOL, well maybe not that many but I am super busy. Anyway, I managed some time to play CC Challenge on SCS. I made a very simple and cute card. I stamped the butterflies on the base card and also in a piece of scraps CS, embossed them and then cut them out. I added a little touch of Diamond Stickles.
In other notes, today would have been my mom's birthday. Her 69 th birthday. Oh gosh, I miss her so much and I remember her every day, but she is happy and enjoying a great place.

Anyway, here is my card.

Ink: Plum (color Box), Pistachio (Color Box) Lavender, Stazon Black, Pretty in Pink.

For You

Hello everyone, today I am feeling a little bit better than yesterday, but my energy is level "0", oh well, after doing my house chores and homeschool DD, I decided I wanted to play today's Color Combination Challenge on SCS: Not Quite Navy, Kraft,Baja Breeze.
I took two of my smARTworks set and started to play. To be honest, this combo was a little bit hard for me, but after I visualized what I wanted to make, it was easy, :)

I stamped my
Cone flowers images on Kraft CS using White Craft Ink. I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig for it. Then when the images were dried I applied some Diamond Stickles and used my Sewing machine (zig zag stitches). I punched twice the main image using the Horizontal Slot, then I added the hodgepogde hardware and insert the ribbon. The sentiment is from Combo Sentiments Set .

Card stock: Not Quite Navy, Kraft, Baja Breeze, White.
Stamps: Cone flowers and Como Sentiments by smARTworks.
Ink: White Craft, Stazon Black, Blue (for sponging)
Embellishments: Martha Stewart Ribbon, Hodgepodge Hardware, Dew drops, Diamond Stickles.
Accessories: Sewing machines, White thread, Horizontal Slot Punch, Mini Glue dots, sponge.

Purpose

Hello everyone. (if any still coming back to my blog) Today I had the chance to play Color Combination Challenge on SCS. It looks like I haven't play the challenge in weeks. Anyway, today I used my new smARTworks set "Purpose" . I love this set. my card is very simple, my MOJO is not completely back.
For my card I stamped the image on Creamy Caramel CS using Stazon Black ink. Then I stitched the Black and Creamy Caramel panels. I paper piercing around the image. I added some ribbon on top. On the right upper corner I added 2 red Dew Drops and some Diamond Glaze on the flowers ans some leaves.

Pink Chocolate Kiss and a card giveaway!!

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great day, here it is a very pretty day, sunny, a little bit chilly but not too bad. I went for a little walk with my daughter, of course she didn't walk, she RUN!! Anyway, here is the card I created for today's Color Combination Challenge on SC : Pink Pirouette (or pretty in pink), Kiwi Kiss (or old olive) and Chocolate Chip. This is a really pretty combination, for this card I used the Sketch from "Our Creative Corner" and my new set from smARTworks called Peace Tree, this set has 7 sentiments and the pretty tree with endless possibilities to work with. I stamped the image on white CS using Chocolate chip pigment, then I added some clear ep and embossed.

Thinking of You

Earlier today I made this card for Color Combination challenge on SCS. The colors for today are: Chocolate Chip, Tangerine Tango and Kiwi Kiss. I am very happy with my card, this color combo is great!!!
I used a Lockhart image I received through the Wish Rak group. I colored it with Watercolor pencils and then added a little bit of markers.
The sketch is from Heather Scott's Monday Challenge . For the circle behind the image I used my coluzzle tracing lines 3 and 4 counting form the outside. I made some piercing around.
The sentiment was sponged with Orange Craft Ink and then distressed.

Apples anyone??

Happy Tuesday everyone. I hope you are having a great day. Here in the NW the weather is crazy, as always, hot during the day and cold during the night.
I have a card to show you today, I played the Color Combination Challenge on SCS . Today's colors are: Riding hood red (or real red), Basic gray and Always artichoke.
My card base is 9" x 4.25" folded in half. The red part is 4.25" x 2" and the DP is 4.25" x 1.5".
The images was stamped in white CS. I used my Coluzzle for the circles and I used my scallop scissors for the Always Artichoke CS.
I added 3 gold brads and Red Satin Ribbon.
I colored the images with Watercolor Pencils and Colored Pencils. I think IRL this card looks much better.

Paper: DP BasicGrey.
Stamps: SU Give thanks.

A couple of cards

Hello my friends. I hope you are having a great day!!! Yesterday I couldn't stamp at all. A lot of things going on here. Dear husband is under the weather, please pray for him. Rebecca is doing a lot better, her bruise still green and doesn't hurt much (that's what she says), her chain is almost heal, amazingly fast. Even though she had this bad experience Saturday morning, I would say she hasn't learned the lesson yet, Sunday after church she was spinning around again, in the same spot, oh yess!!! Kids!!
Anyway, today I made 2 cards I would like to share with you:
Krafty Black Rose is today's Color Combination Challenge on SCS: Kraft, Basic Black and Red Rose. I used my Daisy Trio #2 set from smARTworks. This is a 3-step stamp. I stamped the image onto Confetti Cream CS using Cranberry Crisp ink. The sentiment is stamped in Stazon Black. I did some paper piercing around the image using a Plastic canvas.

Always

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great day. Today I am having a good, very relax, LOL. I got up this morning with a really bad ear pain, I don't know why, yesterday I was fine and today I have that and also a throat pain, :( poor me. I don't have tonsils so I get throat infections instead, believe me that hurts a lot.
Anyway, pain still there, but I managed to make a card for today's Color Combination Challenge on SCS: Blush Blossom, Close To Cocoa, Ruby Red. I used Sketch #116.

Almost Wild Saffron

Today on SCS is "Color Combination Challenge" using really good refreshing colors: Almost Amethyst, Wild Wasabi and So Saffron. I created 2 cards using this combo.

Boho card

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great day. Today Rebecca wants to go outside and bike and skate, oh my, poor my toes, LOL. She loves to skate, but to be honest she is not too good, she likes to go over my toes, auchhhhh, and then I am suffering {insert a sad face}. Anyway, I promise her after finishing my card we will spend sometime outside. I hope it is not too hot.

Ok, going back to my card. Today is a Color challenge combination on SCS and the combination is so cool: Soft Sky (or bashful blue), Basic Black and Kraft (or creamy caramel).
I cased the LO from Amy Sheffer's blog, she made a beautiful card and I tried the LO today.

Butterflies and a Baby card

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great day. Here in the NW the weather is crazy and crazier every day. Last night we had horrible wind, I was so scared that I couldn't sleep very well, anyway, after all I was so tired I feel asleep until 4:30 am that the alarm clock made jump from bed.
Last night I made a baby card, but I couldn't take a good picture, so I decided to upload it today.

Bird and flowers

Happy Tuesday everyone!!!! I hope you are having a great day. Today I was planning to continue my yard work, but it's been raining since 5:00 am and now outside is very muddy and I don't think I will do anything there. Yesterday I raked weeds, picked up rocks and checked mama bird nest, LOL.
Rebecca told me: Mami I will hep you, but she spent the whole time playing, of course I didn't expect much help from her, but sometimes she does pretty good, not yesterday. She was standing on a pile of rocks and was calling for her Prince, hahahah, my daughter is super crazy, it was so funny to see her doing that, she was wearing a cheer leader dress, she fell down thousand times (well, not that many) and later her legs had scratches everywhere, oh well, she doesn't care much, I do.

Anyway, talking about stamping, yesterday I didn't touch any stamp, ink or paper, OH MY!!! so today I decided to make 2 cards, so I could feel better.
The Color combination challenge on SCS was so pretty, I used it twice, LOL.
To make the little holes I used a piece of plastic canvas, I bought a bag of those long time ago and now I am using it. :)

Another Horse card.

Happy Tuesday everyone. I hope you had a great Memorial Day. We enjoyed the day and had a great BBQ. My husband is a veteran and this occasion are very especial for him. He prepared the best BBQ ever!!! I would day that most of time I do the job, but this time he made everything!!!!! Rebecca enjoyed being outside helping daddy, but after a while she decided she was to tired and wanted a nap, LOL. I enjoyed my afternoon stamping without interruptions, oh what a lovely day.

Anyway, today is Color combination challenge on SCS, really pretty colors: Chocolate Chip, Sage Shadow and Very Vanilla..

Let's meet for coffee!!!

Hello everyone, I hope you all are doing great. Here the weather is great, well for me, I don't tolerate the heat really well, today we have 68 F, rainy and fresh, oh outside smells so good, 68 is a lot better than 100F, right? We had a very hot weekend, I didn't enjoy that much.
Anyway, today is another challenge day on SCS: Color combination challenge.
Colors for today are: soft sky (bashful blue), blue bayou (night of navy) and certainly celery.
I used for my card Blue bayou, Bashful blue (DP Cutie Pie) and Certainly celery.
I used the image from Gina K. Designs "Thinking of You" I cut the topiary and added in the corners, I colored them green using SU markers.
The background is color with different tones of pigment inks (yellow, orange and light blue) I used watercolor crayons too.
I used Kazan Clark sketch, she has an awesome blog and also a great give away too, go check it out .

Mother's Day Card

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great day, here the weather is nice, great to do some work outside., maybe later I will do some.
Anyway, today at SCS is Color combination challenge, great combination today: Lovely Lilac, Pretty in Pink and Certainly Celery. I made another Mother's Day card this time.
Instead of Pretty in Pink (SU) I used Bazzill Light Pink, very similar colors.
I used Heather's Monday Sketch #24 for my card, check it here.
Last Sunday I got this cute alphabet stamp set from Studio G for only $1.00!!! I got 2 packages different styles, I used the capital letter to write HAPPY.

Oh Lovely Birthday.

Hello everyone, today I am a little later with my post, I hope you enjoy what I have done today.
I am a challenge girl, LOL. I love challenges, any kind, and today on SCS is a Color combination challenge day. The colors for today challenge are: Basic Black, Purely Pomegranate and Soft Sky.

Pretty Princess

I made this card for today's Color Combination challenge on SCS: Certainly Celery, Pretty in Pink and Chocolate Chip.
This is a really pretty combinations, especially for kid's cards. I used Jen's Sketch, you should check out her blog, it is awesome.
