Impression Obsession Old Is New : Thanks for All

Sometimes we get so busy with new released stamps that we forget about our old favorites. The Impression Obsession team has set aside a couple days a month to share some new projects using some great older stamps. You can see the list of today’s participants on the Impression Obsession blog.

The last few days we have gotten horrible news,

this card is to honor the fallen.

Praying for all the families of these heroes,

my heart is with them!

Impression Obsession Theme Day: Friends

Hello friends!

Every month the Impression Obsession Team is showcasing a theme day,

this month is all about "Friends"

Let's be a bit punny and have some fun ;)

I love the new pun and fun sentiments, I think we all need a little bit of sense of humor around.

Details

Die-cut the Corn on watercolor paper, color pieces with watercolor markers, then add details using gel pens.

Put pieces together and set aside.

Die-cut a patterned paper panel using Crazy Stitched Die.

Stamp sentiment from Corn Sayings on red cardstock in Versamark Watermark Ink,

add white embossing powder and heat set.

Die-cut sentiment with Rounded Corner Sentiments 2.

Adhere pieces to a white card base.

Impression Obsession August Team Favorites Hop

Welcome to the Impression Obsession August 2021 Release Team Favorites Hop!

The Impression Obsession Design Team are sharing their favorite projects from this month's release today.

And let me tell you, this month's release has a lot of super adorable images!

I am sharing this cute giraffe card with you all, adorable, doesn't it?

Details:

Stamp giraffe image on white cardstock in Chocolate Ink, color image with markers and fussy cut it out.

Stamp Small and Large Leaf images on white cardstock in Pine Ink, color images with markers, fussy cut them out and mist green shimmering spray. Set aside to dry.

Die-cut a white panel using Crazy Stitched Set and Whimsical Rectangle.

Using the Cloud Border die-cuts as a stencil, create a background on the Whimsical Rectangle piece.

Die-cut Birch Tree Rectangle on white cardstock and ink blend brown ink pieces, then cut the larger sides to create the trunk for the trees.

Stamp sentiment from Miss your Face set on pink cardstock in Cherry Ink, then die-cut piece with Rounded Corner Sentiments 1.

Adhere pieces to a pink panel and to a kraft card base.

Embellish card with Nuvo drops.

Card size : 4.25" x 5.5"

Die-cut Day: You Guac my world

Hello friends!

The Impression Obsession Design Team have set aside a couple days a month to share some fabulous new Impression Obsession die projects! Have fun checking out what our Designers have made today. Today's participants can be found on the Impression Obsession Blog.

Today's project is a super cute one!

These avocados are adorable together, don't you think?

Details:

Create a background piece using a circle clear stamp from Sending Smiles Set in 2 shades of blue.

Die-cut panel with Crazy Stitched Die.

Die-cut Avocado in Light and Dark Green Cardstock.

Blend green ink in all edges of light green avocado die.

Stamp Faces from Sending Smiles Set in Chocolate Ink.

Stamp sentiment from Avocado Sayings on red cardstock in Versamark Watermark Ink,

add white embossing powder and heat set.

Die- cut sentiment using Rounded Corner Sentiments 2

It's your birthday!

Hello friends!

Happy Monday to you all!

Hope you are having a great start of your week!

Today I want to share with you a super cool, easy and pretty card

I create with the new stamps and dies from Essentials by Ellen from Ellen Hutson.

For this card I used It's a Jungle Stamp and Die set!

Also the coconut and pineapple are from Aloha Stamp and Die sets.

Details:

Stamp images on white cardstock in Brown Ink, color image with markers.

Use coordinating dies and die-cut images.

Create a pink/blue watercolor background piece.

Adhere piece wot a white card base, add die-cut pieces with foam adhesive.

Stamp sentiment on black cardstock in Versamark Watermark Ink, add White embossing powder and heat set.

Embellish card with sequins.

Friendly Snowmen

Hello friends!

Are you ready to start your Christmas projects?

Spellbinders has a super cute Be Merry Collection,

adorable images for your cute Christmas projects!

This card uses the new Friendly Snowmen Set, and the little tree is from Holiday Gnomes.

Details:

Stamp snowmen on white cardstock, color images with alcohol markers.

Fussy cut out images, add clear shimmer pen to color areas.

Stamp tree on blue cardstock in White Pigment ink, set aside to dry and then fussy cut out image.

Stamp sentiment on a piece of patterned paper.

Fussy cut a snow hill and adhere it to patterned paper.

Add panels to a green card base.

Add a pink frame made with rectangle dies.

Add images to card.

Card size: 5.5" x 4.25"

Love how this card turned out, but I think I should've done the sentiment in gold instead of white ;)

Details:

Stamp Small leaf and Large Leaf on white cardstock in Pine Ink.

Color images with markers, color background as well.

Die-cut panel with Checkered Framed Die, die-cut and extra border to add a little bit more of dimension, adhere frame to white card base.

Add white and green nuvo drops, set aside to dry.

Stamp Lion on white cardstock in Chocolate Ink, color images with markers,

then fussy cut it out.

Stamp Wild About You on vellum paper in Versamark Watermark Ink,

add white embossing powder and heat set.
