This set is called Celebration Girl and it is beautiful!
Details:
Stamp images on white cardstock in Fog Ink.
Color images with alcohol markers, then add a bit of colored pencils.
For the balloons, I used Spectrum Noir Sparkle markers.
Stamp sentiment in Peony Ink.
Stamp little flowers on pink cardstock in Peony Ink.
Cut panel in half and adhere it to each side of image.
Use Border Stitching Die to mark both sides.
Adhere panel to a teal card base.
Add a yellow ribbon on top and yellow Nuvo drops.
Cute and simple, just die-cuts and your card is ready.
Details
Die-cut flowers and leaves from Patchwork Elements in white cardstock, color them with markers (or die-cut them in color cardstock)
Die-cut celebrate from Congrats Words Die set in white cardstock, 3 times, glue them together.
Adhere flowers and leaves on pink cardstock or patterned paper with foam adhesive.
Glue sentiment direct to panel.
Adhere a rectangle frame from All in One Frames Rectangle 2.
Embellish with blue rhinestones.
