Details:
Stamp Layered Roses on Watercolored Paper in Versamark Watermark Ink. Add White Embossing Powder and heat set.
Color image with watercolors, then die-cut it with Stitched Tag.
Stamp Layered Roses on a piece of Watercolor Paper in Cherry Ink, trim piece and adhere it to a white card base, adhere tag with foam adhesive.
Die-cut a tag from Pinked Stitched Sentiment Banner and stamp Hello Sentiment from Coffee Delight in Cherry Ink,
