Gree/Blue Happy Birthday: This card has a very long story, to make it short, I made the same mistake 3 times, did,'t have time to fix it, LOL so if you guess what the mistake is, I will send you a prize ;)

CAS Happy Birthday: Super easy and pretty at the same time. I stamped the poppies on Vellum paper and embossed them in White, colored them with Inktense Pencils and Distress Inks, cut them out and voila!! Just added some score line and twine.

Check out some of the fabulous samples made by our talented DT in the thumbnails below.

  7. Beautiful cards. I can't believe that you made a mistake on the first card. I'm really not seeing it. Taking a guess, maybe the party hat is too big and shows through the opening when you didn't want it to? ---- Love all your stitching and your second card....oh those poppies are beautiful!

  14. Wow!!! These are both stunning (even if you DO say there is a mistake on the first which obviously WE are not seeing!). LOVE how you used the negative and positive die cuts and the colors on the first card! And the clean and simple style of that second really allows the poppies and sentiment to shine!

  16. Wow, beautiful cards, love the window you created in the first card and the vellum flower is gorgeous, will try it, if u insist there is a mistake the only thing I could see was the bottom of the die cut is not aligned the the negative cut, which agin is very subtle. Oh what does it matter it is gorgeous, love it

  19. These two cards are fabulous. I wish my cards hid my mistakes that well. Please let us know what it was. I am not sure if the birthday hat shows up right in the window. It looks like it could be a bit oversized. The colors are so cool together. I cannot see that the second card would be easy. But, I love it!
