Hello baby!

Hello and welcome of a second night of Gina K. Previews. I hope you are enjoying the blog hop and the fabulous creations of the DT. Tonight I am showcasing a wonderful set "Hip to be square" designed by Melanie Muenchinger. This set has wonderful stamps and great coordinated sentiments.
Tonight I decided to create a baby card. I stamped the big square from this set in 2 different DP and once in Pink CS, then cut them out and sponged the borders (DP squares), after that I adhered to the Pink CS and zig zag stitched the borders. I stamped the sentiment on the bottom corner and adhered some Pink Rhinestones. Then I stamped the baby face and adhered it onto a scallop circle (it was sponged too).
I sponged all the borders of the card and attached some White Satin Ribbon. Easy peasy and cute baby girl card.

Card Recipe:
Card Stock: Pink Pirouette, White, Pixie Pink and Cameo Coral.
Paper: Baby Girl (Deja Views), Stardust (Making Memories)

Ink: Pretty in Pink, Dark Pink Craft, Real Red.

Stamp Something "Favorite Layout"

Hello my friends and Happy Friday!! Don't you love the weekends? I hope you and I get a lot of stamping time (I need it, seriously) LOL. Anyway, it is Friday and time for another awesome Stamp Something Challenge. This week our challenge is "Favorite Sketch/Layout". Maybe your own, from any challenge, or perhaps one you just have found on Blog land and you love it, like in my case. I have to confess I have a notebook with tons of LO, I usually draw there all my favorites, so for me to find "one favorite" was kind of hard, so I decided to search the web and I found one awesome layout from Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge. I also added the colors from Color Throwdown Challenge and Simon Says Challenge, this week "Stitches"
So, here is my card: another Tilda image!!, a lot of stitches too. I colored the image with Prismacolor Pencils. I added some Green and Gold Rhinestones. I adhered to the ribbon 3 Prima flowers.

Card recipe:
Card Stock: Pink Pirouette, Soft Suede, White.
Paper: Magnolia (My Mind's Eye)
Stamps: Tilda (Magnolia)
Ink: Black, Dark Pink, Prismacolor Pencils.

Hello my friends! I can't believe it is already Thursday!! I've been busy again, geesh your are hearing the same thing again, but really, I pretty much don't have stamp time, I need to fix that quickly, LOL. this afternoon, when my DD was taking a nap I made a card. Anyway, here is my card. The color for this challenge are: Olive, Rose Red, Mustard, Regal Rose and Chocolate. The image was colored with Prismacolor Pencils. I created my own flowers, using my Cricut Machine I cut 1" and 1 1/4" flowers, sponged the borders and wrinkle them a bit, then I added a Pearl on the center. The embossed BG was made with my Cuttlebug and Swiss Dot folder. The yummy paper is from Rhubarb Tar Collection from My Memory Box. The ribbon is Chocolate Chip from SU (retired). For sponging I used Dark Pink Ink.

For my card I used an image from SU Give thanks set, colored it with Prismacolor Pencils, after that I cut it out using a Coluzzle Cutting Set. Rejoice in the Lord.

Hello my friends! I hope you are having a great Saturday. We are having a great day. DD had her first ever soccer game. it was so much fun to see all the KG running after the ball. Even though my daughter's team didn't win, they had a lot of fun and the parents too.
(My daughter is the one with the 2 pony tales. 4th from left)

I have a Christmas card for you today. I used the sketch from Stampin' Sisters in Christ. Well, just a little story behind this creation. I saw the sketch and save it to print it "later", so then my husband decided to work on the computer and tried to fix some software problems we have (still not fixed), so I tried and tried to remember the sketch and decided to make a card with what I remembered. I knew the sketch had 3 circles for brads or similar, so I put them in the corners, then when I saw the sketch I noticed there were together in one corner, oppss!! I hope my card still qualifies for the challenge.
Here is my card: I used the poinsettia from A year of Flowers (Gina K), the sentiment is from an old stamp I found. The image was stamped 3 times, colored with Prismacolor Pencils and then cut them out and created a nice 3D look. The pretty paper is from SEI. The Rhinestones are from Making Memories. I cut the white circle with the Cricut machine and I used scallop circles for the red one.

Hope you like it.
Have an awesome day!!

Yesterday, she was not feeling well, I talked to my sister and I recommended to take her to the doctor and she did. Megan was diagnosed with Pneumonia, she spent the night at the hospital, sadly, my sister has to come back home with the other 3 kids. Her friends are helping her out, my BIL is not in town, he is working in another state. Please pray for healing for little Megan and also for my sister, she is feeling so overwhelmed . Thanks so much!!!

Wednesday, September 9

A Personal note.

Hello my friends! I hope you all are having an awesome day. I have been quiet for few days, sadly my mojo has been gone and I don't like that. In addition of that, I started homeschooling my daughter last week, and everyday I find something new to do and more stuff to fill, more phone calls to do and the list is endless. Amazingly my daughter is having Computer lesson too and she is only 5!! Of course I am not teaching her that, LOL, she is taking online courses, it doesn't crazy, but it is true. She already got a Certificate of Completion : Mouse Basics: Select, Drag and Double Click.
In other things I have been taking naps and the weirdest thing is I am not a nap person, I don't like naps, but lately I've been doing it. Just in case I am taking Multivitamins too and I try to sleep 8 hours everyday.
Anyway, maybe you don't care about of these things, I hope I can get some inspiration tonight or tomorrow and show you something new.

God bless you all.

I love Pink!!

Hello my friends, I hope you are having a great Sunday!! I just want to show a couple of cards I made few days ago, Sadly, I haven't finished my Moxie Fab World Projects, yesterday I spent almost all day cleaning my house, I spent a lot of time in my daughter's room (organizing her school supplies) and my craft room, did I tell it was a HUGE mess?!?!?!, goodness, now it looks much better, DH told me we need to get more shelves so I can organize all my papers , woo hoo, perhaps a birthday present from him to me? LOL.
Anyway, yesterday we have rain ALL day and today around 2:00pm, the rain started again, pouring like crazy!! the good thing is I don't need to water my plants neither my lawn (wink, wink)

Ok, back into my card projects.

I have a card using an Oz-some Sketch from Heather Scott. I love to play her sketches. For this card I used Gina K. Set "A year of flowers". The BG paper was downloaded from the TAC site (for free!!) the pretty ribbon is from PTI and the button is from my stash. I stamped the rose in Stazon Black and colored it with Watercolor Pencils, then I cut it out and adhered to the CS with Dimensionals. The borders were sponged with Dark Pink Craft Ink.

For my second card I used the sketch from last week FTL at Clean & Simple Blog only the sentiment from Gina K. Set "A year of flowers". I cut 1" squares and also sponged them with Dark Pink Craft Ink. The yummy paper is from American Crafts, so yummy! I added a couple of small Prima flowers on the right bottom side, also some Pink Rhinestones. I stamped the sentiment in a white square and added also Pink Rhinestones.

In other news, I have a couple of prayer requests, you may have heard about them. Two girls and her families having hard times. First, Kate, a little 5 year-old girl struggling with cancer, her story really touched me, my DD is also 5. Jennifer McGuire is having a "Cards for Kate Card Drive" a lot of prizes involved. Second, Paige, a 13 year-old girl who due at an accident, portion of her arm has been amputated. Please, click HEREto read more and how you can help. Blog candy included to.
If you are a prayer person, please pray for them and their families.

Well, it looks the rained has stopped, maybe I should go and take a nap before going to church.

Have a great Sunday and enjoy it with your family.
