Sympathy card

Hello everyone, I hope you are having a great day. I have been feeling under the weather, not much stamping lately, just thinking about my family in Peru and how much I miss them. Yesterday was a hard day, that happens sometimes, I was very sad.
Anyway, today is a new day, feeling a bit (tiny bit) better and with DT work to do. I finally finished my cards for the next challenges on my DT, so have to come back and see them tomorrow and Wednesday.

Today I made a quick Sympathy card. A really nice guy and brother in Christ has lost his sister and few weeks after his granddaughter passed away. He is so nice with everybody, always greeting and giving you nice words. Last Sunday, he shared his story with the whole congregation, he found out his cancer was back and he had to have Chemotherapy again, he went to his doctor appointment and had a very sophisticated test, few days later his doctor told him, I have something to tell you. He went and heard the doctor said, something must be really good because you have NOTHING!!!! You are CANCER FREE!!! God is awesome and Miracles exist. We are so happy for him, but at the same time we feel his sorrow for his lost.

This is the card I made:

Card Recipe:
Card stock: White, Pink Pirouette, Black.
Paper: SU DP Bella Rose.
Stamps:
Birdie Fun by smARTworks, Daisy Trio #1 by smARTworks .
Ink: Pretty in Pink, Cranberry Crisp, Burgundy.
Embellishments: Pink Sattin Ribbon, Gold brads.
Accessories: 3D foam by EK-Success, Mini glue dots, sponges.

I hope you like it.
Have a great day.
