Hello everybody, I hope you are having a great Wednesday. Finally we have a sunshine, warm and pretty day. We have had some horrible wind days, but today is gorgeous, not too hot, just warm enough to enjoy the day.
Today I made another butterfly card. I combined 2 challenges in 1. Have you heard about 2 Sketches 4 You , well if you haven't, I invite you to visit this new blog, Kazan and Laura are so talented that they decided to start a blog with weekly sketches, pretty cool ha? So I tried the sketch for this week and also,
Verve Visual Challenge . This time is a get inspired challenge based on this picture from Pottery Barn. So here is my card: I colored the butterflies with pigment inks, I cut them out and then positioned them using mini glue dots. I added a little bit of gold stickles around and in the center. I used my corner punch on my DP.
Card Recipe:
Stamps: Fluttering by (Verve Visuals)
Card Stock: White, Real Red, Green Galore, Barely Banana.
Paper: SU DP Cerise (retired)
Ink: Black; Red, Yellow and Gold pigments.
Embellishments: Prima flowers, brads, gold stickles, Bella baubles.
Accessories: Mini glue dots, Punch corner, double sided tape.
