Impression Obsession January Release Day 1

Welcome to the Impression Obsession January 2021 Release Celebration!

If you came from Dina's blog you are the correct place. If not head over to the Impression Obsession Blog for the start of the hop.

Each day (Jan 1st and Jan 2nd) you can find a list of participants on the Impression Obsession Blog.

So for today I have 2 projects for you!

Hello Gorgeous!

Stamp Peony Pattern Square on white cardstock in Versamark Watermark Ink,

add white embossing powder and heat set.

Blend Abandoned Coral Distress Oxide on panel, and Vintage Photo Distress Oxide on the edges, then

die-cut piece with Stitched Square Frame Die.

Adhere panel on a white square piece.

Create a card base from Kraft cardstock, flick white paint, then add panels.

Die-cut a tag from Small Tags set, stamp Hello gorgeous in Deep Rose Ink.

Adhere it to card, add a button.

Faith over Fear

Stamp Peony Pattern on white cardstock in Abandoned Coral, then fussy cut pieces and set aside.

Cut a panel from watercolor paper, blend Broken China Distress Ink, then stamp Faith over Fear sentiment in Black Ink.

Adhere watercolor panel on a white card base, then add cut out pieces

Embellish card with Bright Gold Nuvo drops.

Old is New: Love Rose Wreath

Hello friends!

Sometimes we get so busy with new released stamps that we forget about our old favorites. The Impression Obsession team has set aside a couple days a month to share some new projects using some great older stamps. You can see the list of today’s participants on the Impression Obsession blog.

For today I have a Valentine/Love card.

I thought this is a good time to start sharing all the cute love projects.

Details

Stamp Dots Background on white cardstock in Sienna Ink.

Trim and blend same ink color all around edges.

Stamp Rose Wreath on watercolor paper in Chocolate Ink, color it with pencils.

Fussy cut image, then mist with shimmering spray.

Cut a piece of vellum paper and stamp Nothing so well in Versamark Watermark Ink,

add gold embossing powder and heat set.

Adhere panels to a white card base.

Adhere Rose Wreath with foam adhesive.

Die-cut Obsession: Winter

Hello friends!

The Impression Obsession Design Team have set aside a couple days a month to share some fabulous new Impression Obsession die projects! Have fun checking out what our Designers have made today. Today's participants can be found on the Impression Obsession Blog.

Today's card is a wintery card!

I thought this is a great idea in case you didn't send any Christmas cards this year, Winter just started and snow is showing up right now ;)

Details:

Die-cut the biggest Checkered Frame from watercolor paper.

Set frame aside. Blend Speckled Egg and Broken China Distress Oxides on watercolor panel.

After panel is completely dry, stamp Cable Knit in Versamark Watermark Ink, then add clear glitter embossing powder and heat set.

Die-cut Primitive Snowflakes from Gold Cardstock.

Adhere panel to white card base with foam tape.

Add glue to frame and adhere it to card.

Add red strong adhesive to snowflakes and add them to card.

Stamp Winter on white cardstock in Versamark Watermark Ink, add white embossing powder and heat set. Fussy cut image and blend Speckled Egg Distress Oxide.

Embellish with blue sequins, I added little drops of White Nuvo on each sequin.

Impression Obsession Old is New: Christmas Joy

Hello friends!

I am using this week's Art Nudge inspiration for my card!

I used the colors and the snow on my card.

Details:

Stamp Nordic Town on white cardstock panel in Sienna Ink, color image lightly.

Stamp Starry Sky on white cardstock panel in Versamark Watermark ink, then add white embossing powder and heat set.

Blend Speckled Egg, Broken China Distress Oxides and Navy Ink on panel.

Die-cut one of the Wave edges in silver glitter cardstock, adhere it to panel and then trim panel.

Stamp sentiment from Christmas words set.

Adhere panel on patterned paper.

Add panel to a Kraft card base.

Add little dots of Nuvo drops to houses top.
