CSS Alumni Blog Hop: Sketch

Hello my friends and welcome to another fun CSS Alumni Blog Hop. This time our talented Melissa Cash has designed this fun sketch for this hop. Now, if you are here from Cheri's blog you are in the right place, if not I will invite you to start hopping from StampTV!

Directions:
  • Make card from Ocean Mist cardstock.
  • Mat Chocolate Brown Cardtsock and Patterned Paper. Ink all edges and add straight stitches.
  • Stamp image on White Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black. Color it with Copic Markers.
  • Die-cut, emboss and stencil image piece.
  • Cut out an extra colored image and add it with foam tape.
  • Die-cut and emboss a piece of Chocolate Brown Cardstock with Fleur de Lis Dies. Cut out center part, add some adhesive to put it together and add it as a  background frame.
  • Stamp sentiment in Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
  • Finally add 3 pearls.

Hello my friends and Happy Thursday! Hope your day is doing well.  Today I have a Vintage card for you (well, I think it looks kinda vintage). I used the colors from StampTV color Challenge


and the sketch from Card Patterns.


Love Card

Directions:
  • Make card base from Chocolate Brown Cardstock. A2 size.
  • Cut a piece of White Cardstock (4" x 5.25"), ink all edges and distress it. Add a piece of Turquoise Cardsotck (3 7/8" x 4.25") Punch top side. Ads a piece of Patterned paper and add zig-zag stitches.
  • Tie ribbon around and make a bow.
  • Stamp image on White Cardstock in Broken China Distress Ink. Add Clear embossing powder and heat it up.
  • Stamp sentiment in Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
  • Die-cut, emboss and stencil this piece  with Circle Nestabilities.
  • Add Blue Rhinestone on flower.

Who doesn't love flowers?

Hello my friends! Hope you are having a great Wednesday, mine so far is good, the weather is another story.... it is dark, cold (freezing cold), foggy, anyway, you get the picture. So for that reason, nothing better than thinking SPRING!!

I have a couple of cards using stamps from Heartfelt Creations. As every Wednesday you can visit the Heratfelt Creations Blog and enjoy the other DT member's creations!! Also a sneak peek from the next release {wink, wink}

Directions:
  • Make card from Glitter Cardstock. 5" square. Tie Pink Satin Ribbon around.
  • Stamp watering can from HCPC 3306 Posy Patch Garden Delights PreCut Set on White cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black. Stamp as well the smallest flowers from HCPC 3303 Posy Patch Flowers PreCut Set
  • Color them with Copic Markers: Watering Can : E11, E31, E33, E35. Flowers: R22, R27. Leaves: YG95 and Color Blender 0. Adhere small flowers onto image with Dries Glue Glue. Add glue and Gold Gala Glitz in the middle.
  • Die cut and emboss image with Large Square Nestabilities. Mat it with a Pink piece of Glitter Cardstock. Adhere it to card with foam tape.
  • Stamp sentiment from HCPC 3354 Classic Message PreCut Set  on White Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black. Die cut and emboss it with Fancy Tags Nestabilities. Adhere it to card with foam tape

  • Mat White cardstock with Patterned Paper (distress all edges). Add zig-zag stitches. Punch bottom border with Sunburst Punch by Fiskars. Add mini gold rhinestones.
  • Tie Yellow Satin Ribbon around and create a bow.
  • Die-cut, emboss and stencil a White Piece of Cardstock with Label 8 Nestabilities. Stamp sentiment from  HCPC 3363 Inspire Me Sentiments PreCut Set in Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Ass Dew drops from Poinsettia Collection.
  • Stamp Daffodil image from  HCPC 3359 Daffy Daffodil PreCut Set on White Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Color it with Copic Markers: Y13, Y15, Y17, YG63, YG95, YG97.
  • Die cut images with daffodil dies from HCD 709 Springtime Medley Die. Add foam tape to create a 3D effect. Apply Crystal Lacquer and set to dry.

Hello my friends! I have a very pink, quick and cute card for you!! If you are familiar with the Moxi Fab Blog, you know Cath has wonderful challenges there, so I decided to combine 2 of challenges there, I hope it is Ok {wink, wink}
So, I am playing this week Tuesday Trigger and one of the Color Challenge: Monochromatic.






With Love card

Directions:
  • Make card base from Pinkini cardstock. A2 size.
  • Mat Bubblegum Pink and Tutu Pink. Add zig-zag stitches.
  • Stamp sentiment in Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
  • Stamp flowers onto Pinkini Cardstock in Worn Lipstick Distress Ink. Die-cut them with.
  • Bend petals and add Gold Glitz. Glue them all.
  • Tie Pink tulle around mat pieces. Add flower on top.
  • Add foam tape to mat pieces and adhere to card base.

You make my heart bloom

Hello ladies! Wow, I didn't realized it has been almost a week since I posted my last project. I had some days that honestly I don't want to have ever! but the good side is I have lots of projects for you this week!! Last night I finally stamped and it feels good.

So, for today I have a Valentine card for you. I used the sketch from StampTV, you can find the details here.



Directions:
  • Make card from Red Cardstock.
  • Mat White Cardstock and Patterned Paper (ink all edges on PP). 
  • Dry emboss a piece of Red Cardtsock, ink all edges and adhere to previous piece.
  • Add zig-zag stitches.
  • Tie Pink ribbon around.
  • Stamp image on White cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Color it with Copic Markers. Die-cut, emboss and stencil it with Label 8 Nestabilities. Add Crystal Lacquer on all hearts.
  • Stamp sentiment on White Cardstock in Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Die-cut, emboss and stencil it with Rectangle Nestabilities.

  • Make a card base from Pink Cardstock. A2 size.
  • Mat Light green cardstock and Patterned Paper (ink all edges). Add stitches.
  • Tie Pink Satin Ribbon around.
  • Die-cut a White piece of cardstock with Label 8 Nestabilities. Stamp sentiment from HCPC 3363 Inspire Me Sentiments PreCut Set.
  • Create a frame with a Label 8 Die and Oval Die Nestabilities. Add it to White piece with foam tape. Adhere to card.
  • Stamp Fuchsia flowers from HCPC 3360 Exotic Fuchsia PreCut Set. Color them with Copic Markers: R22, R35, R37, YG63, YG95.
  • Die-cut Fuchsia flowers with HCD 709 Springtime Medley Die.
  • Add single flowers to big bouquet with foam tape. Adhere it to right top side of frame. Add Diamond Stickles.

Hello my friends! Hope you are having a great Tuesday! Mine is good so far, hoping I can have a stamping time later. I got new stamps today! You have to wait few weeks to see them, but the only thing I can tell you is "They are awesome!!"

Anyway, for today I have a CAS card, super easy and elegant at the same time.

Directions:
  • Make card from White cardstock.
  • Dry emboss bottom border with Organic Flourish embossing folder, add Diamond Stickles on.
  • Stamp image in Memento Tuxedo Black. Color it with Copic Markers.
  • Emboss image with Oval Nestabilities, stencil it with Worn Lipstick and Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
  • Add Clear Rhinestone to heart.
  • Make a bow a added to card front.
  • Inside: Stamp sentiment in White Cardstock in Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Die-cut it, emboss and stencil it with Label 8 Nestabilities. Stencil it with Worn Lipstick Distress ink.

Hello my friends! Hope you are having/ had a great Holiday. My day was pretty quiet, I watched TV almost all morning wearing my PJ!! it was so relaxing, My daughter spent the day at my friend's house and she had a lot of fun.
In the afternoon, I created a this card and I hope you like it. The sketch is from Stamp TV Sketch Spotlight 9


Directions:
  • Make card from Ivory Cardstock.
  • Cut a piece of red Hot cardstock (3.75" x 4.5"). Cut this piece in diagonal half. Mat this with a piece of Patterned paper.
  • Ink all edges on PP and add straight stitches.
  • Stamp heart image (twice) on Ivory Cardstock in VersaMark Ink. Add Red Embossing powder and heat it up. Cut out second image.
  • Die-cut, emboss and stencil image with Large Circle Nestabilities. Mat this piece with a Red Hot piece of cardstock.
  • Add cut out image with foam tape. Add Mini Clear Rhinestones.
  • Stamp sentiment on Ivory Cardstock in Real red Ink. Die-cut emboss and stencil it with Oval Tag from Fancy Tags Nestabilities.
  • Tie ribbon around tag. Add cream embroidery floss to tie ribbon.

  • Cardstock: Ivory, Red Hot (GKD)
  • Paper: Love Letter (SU)
  • Stamps: Hopeful Hearts, Block Greetings (GKD)
  • Ink: Versamark (Tsukineko), Real Red (SU), Vintage Photo Distress (Ranger)

Have a Wonderful Birthday

Hello my friends! I hope you are having a great Sunday! Mine is really good so far a, it's sunny outside and all the accumulated snow is melting, my daughter is sad because she's been playing there pretty much every day, she hopes for more snow soon, me not too much :)
Anyway, for today I have a Birthday card for you. I used 2 of the newest sets from Heartfelt Creations.

Directions:
  • Make card from cardstock. A2 size.
  • Mat Pink Cardstock and Patterned Paper (ink all edges) and add zig zag stitches.
  • Stamp image on White Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black. Color it with Copic Markers: E21, R22, Y17, YG95.
  • Die-cut and emboss image with Square Nestabilities.
  • Punch a slot and make ribbon through, Create a bow. Add adhesive to image and set in place.
  • Stamp sentiment on White cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black. Die-cut and emboss it with the smallest dies from Label 8 Nestabilities.
  • Add Crystal Lacquer in the center of each flower and leaves.
  • Glue a heart shape grungeboard, add glitter and set to dry. After is completely dried, adhere to card. Add a button on top.
  • Add sentiment with foam tape.

Our first Blog Hop is a color challenge based on Gina's Color Spotlight for this week.


God Bless You: For my card I used Melanie's new set "Where your heart is".

Directions:
  • Make card base from Sweet Corn Cardstock. A2 size.
  • Mat a piece of Fresh Asparagus (3.75" x 5") with Patterned Paper (ink all edges). Add zig zag stitches.
  • Tie ribbon, make a bow and add a paper flower.
  • Stamp sentiment on Patterned Paper in Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
  • Stamp image on White Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black. Color it with Copic Markers. Die-cut and emboss image with Rectangle Nestabilities.
  • Using the same die, trace it on Red Hot Cardstock and cut it out. 
  • Add die-cut image to Red Hot piece with foam tape.
  • Add it to cad with foam tape.
  • Apply Crystal Lacquer on hands and set to dry.

Sent with Love

Hello my friends! Hope you are having a great day. I have a cute "Valentine" card for you today.  I made it last night, but it was too late to photograph and this morning I was way to busy.
Anyway, I mixed 4 different Blog Challenges:


Sent with Love: I used this cute stamp and sentiment from "Sent With Love" StampTV Kit by Gina K. Designs.

Directions:
  • Make card base from Cardstock.
  • Cut a piece of Kraft Cardtsock 5" x 3.75". Dry emboss it with Textile Embossing Folder. Ink all edges
  • Stamp sentiment on White Cardstock in Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Die-cut, emboss and stencil it with Rectangle Nestabilities.
  • Stamp image on White Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black, color it with Copic Markers.
  • Adhere Sentiment to Kraft piece. Add Burgundy Satin Ribbon around. Tie White Satin Ribbon around this. Add Image with Foam tape.
  • Add some Copper Stickles to bird house and bird wing.

Spingtime Medley Collection. It's Release time!!

Hello my friends! I am so excited to show you a couple of cards I made with the new Springtime Medley Collection from Heartfelt Creations!! The images are wonderful and if you love to color, oh my, you are going to have a lot of fun with this collection :)

Let me show you the cards I made for you today!

You're so Thoughtful. For this card I used Daffy Daffodils Set and the sentiment is from Inspire Me Sentiments Set.

Directions:
  • Make card base from Yellow Cardstock. A2 size.
  • Mat White Cardstock with Patterned Paper (Ink all edges). Die-cut a scallop border with HCD 702 Decorative Butterfly-Border Die in Yellow Cardstock and adhere to this piece.Add zig-zag stitches. Tie jute twine around border.
  • Die-cut a Circle in White Cardstock with Large Circle Nestabilities and a corner border in Yellow Cardstock with HCD 702 Decorative Butterfly-Border Die. Mat together.
  • Stamp daffodils on White Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black. Color them with Copic markers: Y13, Y15, Y17, YG63, YG95. Cut them out.
  • Add Images and glue them on Circle Piece. Add 3D foam tape on flowers and add extra flowers. Add Cooper Stickles and Crystal Lacquer.
  • Stamp sentiment on Patterned Paper in Vintage Photo Distress Ink.

Have a Wonderful Birthday: For this card I used Exotic Fuchsia Set and Inspire Me Sentiments Set.

Directions:
  • Make card base from Green Cardstock. 5" square.
  • Mat Red & White Cardstock + Patterned Paper. Add zig-zag stitches, tie White Organza Ribbon around a couple of times.
  • Die-cut and emboss frame with HCD 708 Decorative Window Scene Die. Adhere to card with foam tape.
  • Die-cut, emboss and stencil a piece of White cardstock with Label 3 Nestabilities. Stamp sentiment with Vintage Photo Distress Ink.
  • Stamp Fuchsia images a couple of times on White Cardstock in Memento Tuxedo Black Ink. Color them with Copic Markers: R22, R35, R46, YR16, YG63, YG95.
  • Cut out images and create a 3D effect using foam tape.
  • Add this to Label piece and adhere to card.
  • Add Crystal Lacquer to flowers and set to dry.
