Rejoice in all things.

Hello my friends!! I hope you all had a great weekend. I have been super busy, but hopefully things start slowing down a bit. Today DD started Kindergarten!! She is so excited about the new school year. Today we did a little bit of "refreshment", LOL. She, sometimes, likes to write the numbers facing the opposite direction, so we practiced that and also the ABC's. I am still waiting for my curriculum, so as soon its arrive, we will work on that.
After school time, I had some stamping time!! ahhh feels really good. I have played few challenges, so here is a card I made for Raspberry Suite Color Challenge #16 : Orange/Gold, Chocolate, Cream and Kraft. Very nice Fall colors. For my card I used 2 sets from smARTworks: The shapes are from FRM-02 Trio and the Sentiment is from Frames Set.
I stamped the circles in Chocolate Chip Craft and then heat embossed with clear ep, the squares were stamped in Crushed Curry twice. The sentiment was stamped in Basic Brown. I sponged the borders with Crushed Curry. My base card is Kraft CS. I added 3 Gold Rhinestones on the corner. The ribbon is Kraft from Close to My Heart.

Follow your bliss

Hello my friends!! I have missed you a lot. We came back home last Monday very tired and with a lot of things to do around the house. I've been doing a lot of yard work and ended up very tired. Today I decided to rest and do nothing, of course that doesn't happen, after stamping for a little while I had to cook dinner and then I decided to go outside and pull more weeds, LOL.
Anyway, I have created a bit, but being so tired and having my camera "zero" charged, didn't have much energy to post anything.
Today I decided to play 2S4U challenge. I had to use my favorite butterfly for this card. I also submitting this card for WIT challenge "Dimension". I think my butterfly has a lot of dimension. I ruffled the white ribbon, I think looks pretty this way. I added some White Liquid Pearls onto the butterfly.

Card Recipe:
Card Stock: Pink Pirouette, Purely Pomegranate.
Paper: PTI
Stamps: Bliss by smARTworks.
Embellishments: White Satin Ribbon, Dew drops, Liquid Pearls.

Birthday Tag.

Hello my friends and Happy Monday. I hope you had a great weekend. Mine was kind of busy, pulling a lot of weeds, mowing and a lot of yard work. Temperatures are getting comfortable to work outside (85F) and have some fun time with DD outside. We just found out she is very allergic to tumbleweeds, (Oh My!! We live in tumbleweed land, seriously!) so my work pretty much is to keep my surroundings clear of tumbleweeds (hard work) so DD can run around without being concerned if she touches one she can get a bad reaction.
Anyway, life must go on and we are planning some fun stuff before school starts and we all are very excited about it.

Today I have a cute Birthday Tag I made a couple of weeks ago, but the funny part is when I was ready to take the picture I couldn't find it anywhere!! I looked and looked everywhere, so I finally gave up. Few days ago I was looking for some of stamps and I found i, LOL. It was hiding under some Rub-Ons, now I have not idea how this tag ended up under the Rub-Ons, LOL.
Anyway, I cut the tag using a Cricut Machine, I sponged the borders with Canary and Orange Ink (Color Box) I added a piece of Patterned paper (Just Dreamy Collection). I stamped the cute image "Birthday Time Set (smARTworks)" two times, I colored only the cat in one and the hat and balloon on the other one. then I cut them out and positioned them onto the main image. I colored the image with Prismacolor Pencils and blended with Prismacolor Colorless Blender.
I cut the sentiment using the Cricut Machine. I stitched some White Ribbon and added some Green Rhinestones on top. Finally I added a lot of Gold Stickles.

Tag Recipe:
Card Stock: Kraft, White.
Paper: Just Creamy Collection (My Mind's Eye)

For You

Hello my friends and Happy Saturday! I hope you are enjoying your day. I have another Rose card for you, actually this card was inpired by the card I showed you yesterday. I thought the colors were so pretty together that I decided to make another card using the same colors, but different sketch :) For my card I used a sketch from 2S4U, I love Kazan & Laura sketches and they are the sweetest girls on blog town.

I used SU Doodle This set for my BG. The rose is from Gina K. Designs "A year of flowers". I colored the rose with Prismacolor Pencils, I started with Cream (PC914), then I blended it with PC Blender Pencils, then I added Light Peach (PC927), then I blended with Peach (PC939), finally I added some Rose Pink (PC929). I colored 2 roses, 1 for my base, the other was cut out a little bit smaller and positioned on top to give it more dimension. Lately I've been not using OMS because caused me a lot of headaches, so I decided to use the PC blender pencils instead, no headaches, but sometimes my fingers hurt, maybe I put too much pressure.

Card Recipe :
Card Stock: Whisper White, Black, Blush Blossom.
Stamps: Doodle This (SU), A year of flowers (Gina K. Designs)
Ink: Pretty in Pink, Stazon Black, Pink (craft for sponging)
Embellishments: Cream Satin Ribbon ( Offray), Clear Rhinestones (kaiser Crafts), Diamond Stickles.
Accessories: Sewing machine, SU Dimensionals, Mini glue dots, stamp-a-ma-jig, Prismacolor Pencils, Prismacolor Blender Pencils.

I hope you like it.
Thanks for stopping by,
Have a great and blessed day.
